Vid 303 Avenida 13 hänger ett skylt i ingången där LIFE IS GOOD AT THE BEACH. Det sätter tonen för denna 3200 kvadratmeter, sex sovrum, 6. 5-bad och främsta Gulf front fastigheten. Den ljusa kustinredningen och det stora vardagsrummet gör detta hem till gästfavorit.

303 Avenida 13 hanteras professionellt av Paradise Beach Homes.

Entryway trappor leder rätt in i det öppna köket, vardagsrummet och matsalen. Köket gör måltiderna till en bris med bänkskivor i granit, två diskmaskiner, en stor frukostbar och massor av förvaring. Det finns två matbord som säkerställer att alla har plats för familjemåltider. Boområdet är mycket bekvämt med massor av sittplatser och en högupplöst 60 "platt-TV (Netflix ingår!). Det finns också en våt bar med ismaskin. Detta centrala vardagsrum känns väldigt rymligt med högt i tak och bildfönster som visar utsikten.

Till vänster om vardagsrummet finns de första fyra sovrummen. Sovrum 1 har två queen size-sängar, privat badrum, och öppnar mot viken sidodäck. Sovrum 2 har en king size-säng, privat badrum med dubbla fåfängar och duschkabin, och öppnar mot en privat balkong vid viken. Sovrum 3 har två dubbelsängar och ett privat badrum med duschkabin. Sovrum 4 har två drottningar och ett privat badrum med badkar / dusch combo. Det finns också ett halvt badrum i korridoren som servar kök och vardagsrum. I vardagsrummet finns en annan hall som leder till ytterligare två sovrum. Sovrum 5 har två queen sängar, privat badrum med badkar / dusch combo, och öppnar till främre däck. Sovrum 6 har en king size-säng och stort badrum med duschkabin.

Ett stort tvättstuga med extra kylskåp finns bakom köket. Att spara det bästa till sist, det här husets externa bekvämligheter är fantastiska. Huvudnivå däck öppnar från vardagsrummet och sovrummen i Gulf side. Den har gott om sittplatser för avkoppling och middag. De klara räckena i glas ger fri utsikt över Gulfens oöverträffade skönhet.

Det täckta området under huset är helt öppet för gott om parkering eller mer utrymme för underhållning. Mer däckutrymme förses med utökade däck som kommer från carportområdet. Lyssna på vågorna medan du kopplar av vid hemmets privata pool. Paradise blir bara inte mycket bättre än detta!

Awesome beach front home

We had a great stay at this awesome home. It was clean and was just like the pictures. Great location right on the beach with easy access. Only real comments would be 1-We wish the home came with beach towels and beach chairs and 2-the pool was small and was dirty with leaves and sand. It never got cleaned after the storm for the week we were there We would stay here again.

Family Getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful! The house was extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional, polite and helpful. This was our first stay in Pensacola and if we are every back this way this house will be our first choice. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay and experience.

A Great Family Beach House

We used the space under the house to have a Mardi Gras theme party and had enough room to have it catered. We were able to rent an ice cream truck from Mister Softee to stop by for everyone to enjoy a sweet treat. Overall it was a fantastic time for the family!

Great house on the beach with a pool

There was a game room downstairs along with a small swimming pool. The pool was the wading pool size but with a 5’ deep end. We loved it. We loved that our pets/babies were able to join us too.
