Detta familjevänliga strandläge med flera våningar sitter direkt på stranden och Emerald Coast. Det sover bekvämt upp till 16 vuxna och är idealiskt för två familjer. Under nytt ägande från oktober 2018 är denna designers eget hem mousserande rent och allergivänligt. Det är värd för nya möbler, inklusive alla nya madrasser, kuddar, sängkläder och stoppade möbler.

Ytterdörren öppnar till en ljus entré med trappor på båda sidor. Den vänstra trappan leder till en stor master svit med egen våt bar och kök med Keurig. Förutom kung sängen finns också en drottning bäddsoffa. Det egna badrummet har en dubbel fåfänga och stor duschkabin. Detta rum har en vacker utsikt över viken från Gulfen och öppnar ut mot sitt eget privata däck med en utomhus dagbädd. Gå tillbaka i hallen och upp några steg, och det finns en söt loft med två enkelsängar med två dubbla trundlar, perfekt för barnen. Tillbaka ner i entrén, leder den högra trappan till det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet. Detta är en rymlig öppen planlösning med matsal, stor platt-TV, våt bar, drottning bäddsoffa och gott om bekväma sittplatser för att njuta av de många windows och deras utsikt. Köket köket erbjuder mycket arbetsutrymme och en frukostbar. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum utanför köket. en med en king size-säng och tvilling sovstol och en med två uppsättningar full över fulla bunkar. Dessa rum delar en hall bad. Det finns ytterligare en halv bad och tvättstuga på entréplan.

Golfsidans däck är stor och öppen, perfekt för solnedgångar och grillning. Nedan mästaren svit däck är en annan, privat däck med en hängmatta och sluten utomhusdusch, som ger ett stort skuggat område. Alla Gulf dekk erbjuder möjligheter att sola eller koppla av i skuggan med massor av lyxiga uteservering alternativ som hängmattor, gungor, schäslonger och utomhus dagbäddar. Curl upp med en bok i skuggan eller dela en cocktail vid bordet när du lyssnar på surfen.

Beach Life

The property is well maintained and great beach that is your backyard. First visit to Pensacola Beach and would highly recommend this property. The restaurants in the area have limited days that their kitchens are closed so definitely check out ahead of time.

The Perfect Family Home

Spring get away

The house was amazing, very beautiful and well equipped to handle large groups. There is a garage full of beach gear for use which came in handy. The beach was amazing and steps from your back porch. Also the views from the porch of the water and beach were spectacular. The host were very accommodating and quick to respond to any need. We had such a great time enjoying the beach right outside our door.

They have everything you need for a great vacation. There are some beach chairs and toys in the garage. The family room is a great gathering place. The family room has 2 couches, 2 large plush chairs, fireplace is electric that has colored lighting, and a beautiful view. You will like this home>

Paradise Beach Homes does an amazing job of making sure that the house is super clean and vacation ready. The gift basket is a lovely touch and this year because we arrived on the same weekend as the Blue Angels they arranged for the keys to be located at the home since we had paid in full. That was a FABULOUS touch and saved us from the dreaded traffic.The owners have made sure that there are plenty of kitchen items, and there were even some beach towels which we did not need, but it was a nice touch.Very, very enjoyable, and the gorgeous beach did not disappoint!

Wow!

This home looks just as good in real life as it does in the photos. The house exterior paint wasn’t quite as white but otherwise all the same. Location is amazing! Close enough to the restaurants and fun next to the bridge but far enough away to minimize the crowds. During our stay the owners had beach towels available and a small garage bay with about 10 beach chairs, beach blankets, and beach toys. Add to that the very generous gift basket and so many aspects of this home were things the owners didn’t need to do but we sure appreciated that they did. Beach location is stunning. We had a sargassum bloom in the water the first part of our week so we did the Fort and other activities then the water cleared up towards the end of our week when we maximized beach time. Our group of 8 that included adults and teenagers really enjoyed the house and loved this trip. We had 2 boys in the upper room (with no bathroom) and girls down in the bunk room off the kitchen. Boys shared the bathroom with their parents in the big room on upper level.
