Conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the beach, this three-story home offers the perfect home base for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! One of the key selling points of this beach gem is definitely the pool deck. Cool down in the refreshing waters of your very own outdoor pool and then work on your tan on any of the many poolside loungers available. The poolside hot tub will be just what you need after an entertaining day exploring the area. The home also offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after spending a memorable time at the beach.

When you enter this splendid home away from home, you will discover an entertaining game room with a pool table in the center, a rec area with a large TV, a dartboard, numerous books, and a convenient wet bar with a full-size fridge, microwave, and sink. From here, you have direct access to an extensive wraparound deck with direct views of the pool and a gas grill. The middle level features four well-appointed bedrooms.

Climb up the stairs to reach the upper level of the home, where a spacious and bright open floor plan awaits! Wind down in the welcoming living room, furnished with inviting sofas and a large TV to keep you entertained during your stay. If you are not in the mood to watch TV, feel free to break out any of the provided board games for an entertaining evening with your family and friends! When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with delicious homemade meals and treats prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The large wraparound deck offers a wonderful spot to unwind, enjoy the breeze, and take in the views. This level also offers a primary suite with an en suite bathroom and a TV. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer on the first floor.
