First, Paula is an amazing host. She is incredibly helpful and thorough. Any question you may have, she is able to answer, and provides a wealth of information a first time visitor to Rome would never know to ask for. The home is clean, and secure. As a host, Paula has provided far more than I would have expected. The space was comfortable and the location was perfect for public transportation access as well as walking if you are one who prefers to travel on foot. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience and would absolutely recommend this home!

Très beau séjour à Rome. L’appartement est parfait, bien agencé, décoré avec soin et goût.Paola est vraiment charmante et donne de bons conseils pour passer un excellent séjour.Emplacement calme et non loin des arrêts de bus ( idéal et très bon marché pour circuler dans toute la ville)Je recommande cette location.

Best accommodation we had in Italy. Well located apartment no75 bus from railway station, near the sights, great local neighbourhood and shops. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. The host is lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Good location

As our host explained, there is almost everything you need located in this neighborhood. Restaurants, bakeries, markets, pharmacy and gelateria - and the wine/liquor shop. It is close to stops for the bus, the tram, and a short walk to the metro. The unit may be small, but it is well laid out. Our only problem was fitting my 6’4” husband in the shower

Great spot and host with easy access to top sites

This location was great and the apartment was clean and cute. The host and her contact who helped us were very helpful, communicative and available. It was a treat to stay here even if only for a couple nights.

This apartment was beautiful and just what we needed! Right above a great restaurant, Paola and her friend Donatella were incredible hosts. The location of this place was great we were able to walk to the colosseum and other attractions.

Amazing studio in Rome!

Our stay was wonderful! Paola gave us detailed instructions on our options to get to the apartment from the FCO Airport. We opted for a Taxi. Check in was so easy as Paola’s friend met us at the apartment and gave us a full walk through in person. The apartment was exactly as described and so centrally located, we were able to walk to the Colliseum/Roman forum area within 20 minutes and to the Trastevere neighborhood within 10! There is so much amazing food within walking distance of the apartment as well. It has everything you could need and our stay was very comfortable. Paola also leaves tons of recommendations for food, transportation, nightlife, and more. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Best stay in Rome!!

Loved the unit, the neighborhood and especially our host! So helpful with so much written information on bus lines, things to do, restaurants and lots of other really good information for travelers especially for those who are first timers to the area. Great Stay!

Property locarion is excellent, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and pharmacy. The check in process was easy and our host, Paola made it even better by going over everything and answering all our questions. The apartment was spotless and the elevator, while small wqs greatly appreciated to carry up our luggage. Highly recommended and a much appreciated oasis during our trip to Rome! Thank you Paola!

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Testaccio. The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and Paola provided much information about the neighbourhood and the city. Many restaurants, groceries and shops are close by, Mercato Testaccio is great, and you can enjoy a gelato in the Piazza.

Perfect apartment

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Donatella helped us get settled and was very helpful. Location of the apartment couldn’t be better and it was a nice spot to come back to after sight seeing in the extreme July heat. Air conditioning kept the apartment very comfy and they even provided a fan to help with air circulation. We were comfy and cozy throughout our stay!

Great starting point for italy

My 19 year old son and I wanted something downtown for a quick intro and starting point to adjust to the time change (we came from the US) in Rome before heading out to explore the rest of Italy. It was 100 degrees in Rome and the air conditioning worked beautifully. Paola was out of town so she had her friend, Donatella, check us in. Communication with Paola ahead of time was excellent and Donatella was an absolute delight. She didn’t speak English but managed to show us everything we needed about the apartment. Location was very convenient. We walked to some of our destinations and Ubers were available every time we requested one within 2 minutes. We visited the trattoria a few doors down from the apartment where we had gnocchi made to order any way we wanted it with excellent service from Max. At night the apartment was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfy and my son said the same about the pullout sofa. There is an elevator but other than ck in with our luggage, we just took the stairs. We only stayed for two nights before we headed for the coast to escape the heat, but it was lovely. Zero complaints. Very clean and well appointed. Wifi also worked well. Next time we come to Italy we would def stay again. Thank you, Paula and Donatella!!

Charming Studio in walking distance to the Coliseum

A very enjoyable stay at this property. Paola the host met us and gave a thorough tour of the property. The unit has a washer which was a great benefit along with a complete kitchen, safe, remote heat/ac. The neighborhood has a generous selection of restaurants and the Coliseum is a short walk. A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Nearby all the public transports: bus+metro (tube)+train station. All the main touristic sites are reachable by an easy walking.
