different location

The property we stayed at was changed to a different location; so, this review reflects a different property on W. Elk Street in Glendale. Property was very clean and comfortable. Good-sized kitchen with lots of amenities. Very close to Americana at Brand shopping. Parking was challenging.

Great place to stay near Burbank

We were in town to celebrate a graduation and this location was the perfect distance from Hollywood and Burbank. Nice neighborhood and friendly host!

It was ok

The place wasn’t the place I originally booked, it worked out, place was small, neighborhood ok, location was great to what we needed, glad they accommodated my dog. The McDonald’s next door is loud all night. I am glad it worked out and would book this place again but not for what I paid.

Fantastic!

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The property is easily accessible off of the freeway and the neighbourhood is lovely. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks to the gracious hosts.

This was the perfect space for me and my 2 sons. We had everything we needed for our stay and the place was clean and quiet. Quiet and safe neighborhood with free street parking. We will definitely stay again.

Cute Little Studio!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was cute, quiet, and had everything we could need. The hosts and point of contact accommodated us very well. Would definitely recommend to others, and would stay again. Also very close to everything, and convenient.

A nice stay!!

We enjoyed our 9 day stay here! The cottage was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location was also great to get around to popular locations. We arrived late at night, and the property was very dark. There are sensored lights as you approach the building, just something to be aware of when you plan that it was a bit intimidating approaching in the dark.

Perfect location

This was a perfect set-up in Glendale for my short weekend visit. The locations couldn't have been better, easy access to the 134 for travel throughout the Valley and only a 10 minute drive from hot spots in Echo Park and East Hollywood. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again if visiting LA and the San Fernando Valley area again.

Essential stay

This was a private and fairly comfortable stay. Our only concerns was that it didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to check in. There was empty beer bottle in the sink and a dead roach in the restroom. We had a hard time finding the AC controls because it was very cold that night during our stay. This was a short stay and we felt very safe and comfortable despite the coldness and cleanliness concern. Thank you.

Great Potential, sub par management and cleanliness

The place itself is a nice setup in a pretty good location in a relatively safe neighborhood. AC works. Unfortunately, poor communication from the host and cleanliness issues made this stay less than excellent. When we arrived at 6pm, we still hadn't received a lock code for the place and in an effort to get it from the host, we found that the emergency contact wasn't readily available, sending us straight to voicemail. Mind you, we arrived at 6pm and we were supposed to have a code before 2pm. After about 45 minutes of waiting and 20+ calls to the host, they eventually sent us a code through text. Everything was pointing to this being a fake listing, the management company hardly exists online and the phone numbers we were given were to different businesses. We were worried. Eventually my wife and I were accidentally sent two different codes. The code my wife received worked and we never tried the second one, but that was not very comforting. We got into the place, we noticed that their was hair in the shower drain, the shower door was broken, and in a precarious position that could have been dangerous, and there is an exorbitant amount of dust in the corner of the bedroom at the head of the bed. Mind you, the bed frame was pushed off the wall but the wall and corner behind the bed looked like they had never been cleaned. This is where they wanted us to put our heads to sleep. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the footrest because it seemed cleaner. Not ideal.

Amazing would stay here again

It was a great location and very peaceful. Very sweet neighborhood and away from the LA chaos. It was very accommodating especially for infants and kids
