Please note that this townhome is situated directly along Highway 101, which means that daytime noise from passing cars will be audible.

- THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $50 fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pet(s) allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.
-VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are outside the front door & outside the garage door
- There are a lot of stairs in the home. The stairs do not have safety gates.
-Beach Stairs Replacement and Side Walk Widening for the next 2 years but NOT take place during summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day. A portion of the sidewalk on the west side of Carlsbad Boulevard will be closed along the work area. Please use the lower sea wall or the sidewalk on the east side of Carlsbad Boulevard.Two beach stairways will be closed during construction. Please use nearby beach access points as alternatives.The bike lane on the southbound side of Carlsbad Boulevard will be closed.Some street parking will be restricted.Traffic delays are possible so please give yourself extra time to get where you need to go.Please slow down, use caution, watch for cyclists and share the road.Projects like this can create noise and dust. Monday â Friday, except city holidays 7 a.m. â 4 p.m.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
âââââââParties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
