Located in a tranquil and safe tree lined neighborhood. The perfect place to spend your time in sunny Southern California.
The space
Newly remodeled 2,200 sq. ft. home with high ceiling floor plan ideal for entertaining family and friends or just relaxing. Large backyard with plush outdoor seating. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. In unit washer and dryer. Central A/C and heating, high quality memory foam mattresses, 50" smart TV's in each bedroom and living room, organic linens and private front and back yard area.

Cute Hollywood home with all the necessities.

We were in town just for the weekend as we are lasting our home in the San Diego are and figured it would be easier to just get away while we had showings over the weekend. Home is in a good location for all the things my oldest daughter wanted to do. Nice size home with plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. We also had our dog with us and the fenced in yard was great for him as well as a nice park in walking distance. Home is super clean; while we have a dog (hypoallergenic breed), we still have allergies to other dogs. We’re always slightly nervous when renting homes that allow pets for this reason. However, no one had any allergy issues because the home is so well kept! Bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely renovated, good size, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is a little dated, but was fully functional and had everything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this home for those visiting the area.

Beautiful home.

Chose this over a hotel to keep everyone close for our trip to universal studios. Nice yard for kids. Sleeps plenty comfortably. Highly recommend.

Very cute, nice, comfy property

This house was great to stay in. It was clean. The decor was cute and trendy. The beds were comfortable, which is something worry about because I have back problems. The title says 5 minutes to Universal Studios. We didn’t experience that, we went at opening and it took us 20 minutes. There was traffic. We went home from Universal Studios after Hollywood Horror Nights at Midnight on a Friday night. We had no traffic then and it took us about 7 minutes. I think unless you’re driving at midnight, there will be traffic. But still a great location to stay at for Universal. We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning in the house was struggling. It would stay around 80 all day. Which made it warm in the house with it being so hot outside. I did email the host and they were quick to respond making sure it wasn’t another issue. And there was a fan in the closet to help. The neighborhood was nice, it have some run down areas. But our cars were safe in the driveway. Overall we would stay again!

Stay at home

This is a perfect property for family stay We took uber into hollywood since parking can be sparse downtown We visited warner bros studio so much fun and uber picks up within 5 minutes Everything was close proximity if you want to do the hollywood thing like we did We ate at fat dog was great food and atmosphere the fat dog is a must Downtown hollywood we ate at the histotic roosevelt hotel but plenty of options Great stay

Great house!

The property was exactly as described and so perfect for our family! My husband and I, my sister and two sons with their families! 7 adults and 5 children and it was a perfect space! Everything we needed and great location for us - wedding in Hollywood, family in Culver City, universal studios!
