1213 Shipwatch is a beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the much-desired Shipwatch Villas complex in North Topsail Beach, NC. Shipwatch Villas offers something for everyone, whether you want to relax on the beautiful white sandy beach, enjoy the large oceanfront pool or simply have a family cookout, you can enjoy all that is offered in this great oceanfront community.
You will enter this unit through the foyer which is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen, straight ahead you will be greeted with an expansive view of the ocean through the large living room slider doors. This mesmerizing view will certainly gain your attention as this unit is close to the front point of the building, where the views are simply captivating.
This unit is very spacious and offers an open floor plan designed for maximizing family time together. There are two large bedrooms (one with direct balcony access) and two full baths along with a private laundry area, large living room (with direct balcony access), full kitchen with separate dining.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major appliances and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a large fridge with ice-maker, range/oven combination, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a toaster, coffee maker and blender. The kitchen has lots of cabinet and counter space and is topped with solid surface countertops. The floors are luxury vinyl plank throughout the kitchen.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped to seat 6 at the table and two others at the kitchen bar area.
The living room is equipped with two sofas (1 is a queen sleeper), comfortable chairs, coffee table, end table with lamp, large flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. WiFi is available throughout the unit. This room also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable seating along with additional dining options. From this balcony you will experience outstanding views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean as well as the community pool. From this balcony you can keep an eye on your kids while they are enjoying the pool.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit and is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, closet, flat screen TV and a private bath with large walk-in shower. There is also direct access to the oceanfront balcony from the master.
Down the hallway and well separated from the master you will find bedroom 2 which is equipped with two double beds, dresser, night stand with lamp, closet, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV.
Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway, you will find a large full bath (second bath) with tub and shower combination and double vanities.
Down the hallway between the two bedrooms, you will find a private laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.

PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
