OBS: När det gäller antalet gäster: Vår enhet är bäst lämpad för 2 vuxna i sovrummet, 2 barn i våningssängar och 2 vuxna eller barn i den bekväma bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet. Eftersom våningssängarna är avsedda för barn är det bäst att sova 6 vuxna bäst för en 2-sovrumsenhet.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice place and resort with a great view, and was stocked with most essentials you would need. It was convenient to be right by an elevator, but plently of nights and early mornings it was quite noisy in the hallways, with the bedroom being right right next to the hall. One day we did some laundry and the dryer wasnt working. Rick was quick to get someone out to try and fix it. He even payed for our dinner for the night for the inconvenience. All in all it was great stay and we would definately stay again if we came back to PCB!

So much fun!

Directions for arrival were very clear and easy to follow. Once in the condo my overall impression was good! A few things could be updated throughout the condo, but overall everything was great! We would have loved a little more seating in the living room. The condo location was near everything we wanted to enjoy, most in walking distance. My daughter and nieces loved the pools! They were never too crowded. Beach access was not a long walk like most places. That was nice because carrying everything out a distance is never fun. The beach was never overly crowded during our stay. The view from the condo balcony was lovely! Rick was very helpful anytime I messaged throughout our stay. We can’t wait to stay again in the future.

An ideal getaway in Florida

Our unit was fabulous! We were on the 3rd floor of a 25 floor Wyndham resort with an exceptional view from the patio of the Gulf. Most all restaurants were within walking distance which was a plus for us. The only problem initially was the parking garage and then access to the unit. So many different elevators to access the unit, but once we had it figured out, it wasn't a problem. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful condo, amazing host!

The condo had everything you could ask for! Rick was so easy to communicate with and so helpful! Condo had a nice layout, clean, decorated so cute and perfect location! Wonderful amenities with quick, easy access to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Absolutely would stay here again!

We didn’t have any surprises with this unit because the owner has it all in the listing! It’s exactly as described and pictured. Great view and super easy beach access. Phenomenal host, will return!

Great location! It was quick and easy to get to the beach. Very close to great restaurants. Spacious rooms with comfortable and stylish furniture. Owner kept in contact to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Fall beach getaway

Property was just what we were looking for. Low floor, plenty of room, and very clean. Host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Extras like books, beach chairs, and beach towels were in the unit for guest use. Location was great and beach was easy to access from this condo. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

Great location. Beautiful view of the beach. We had to issues checking in. It was contactless check in. Very quiet neighbors. The owners are great. Would rent from them again. We loved it. The unit was quite convenient to the parking garage and we enjoyed all of the pools and beach. Rick was quite the gracious host and very quick to respond when a small issue arose. Would highly recommend Rick and this property.

Great Place and great vacation!

We loved our stay at Ricks place. He comminicates with you very well. He checked on us and gave us tips to make our stay that much better. The unit was clean and well maintained. The location of the unit is perfect for this place. The beach rental chairs were a plus and made our stay even better. We will absolutely rent from Rick again.

Perfect spot

This unit was super clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Rick was a great host and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Perfect location for walking to local places to eat and getting down to the beach was super quick being on the third floor. Appreciated the time that saved! Would definitely come back!

Perfect getaway

Great location. Beautiful view. Super easy access to both the beach front and street access. Nice, clean, quiet and relaxing place to stay for a getaway. Can walk to food/bars or rent a golf cart to ride the strip. Rick is super easy to get in touch with and makes sure you have everything you need. I have already recommended the Condo to family members. Great place!

Wonderful experience!

Rick was super easy and helpful to work with! We had no problems at all with booking our vacation or getting any of the information needed for our stay. The condo was clean and in good condition when we arrived. The resort offers many amenities. There were a lot of beach chairs and toys in the unit, although we had brought our own. It was nice to know those were available! My 7 year old thought the captains quarters decorations on the top bunk area were wonderful! We very much enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

Nice Condo - Great Location

This condo was one of the best locations that we have ever stayed at on a beach trip. The condo is large and the kids loved the bunk beds. Rick genuinely cares about your stay at his condo and that makes a big difference. The location of the condo within the resort is fantastic. Very quick access to the beach and pools. The amenities in the resort are great! On certain days/times the resort would have activities/performances for the kids at the pool (neon pool party, air spray tattoos, fire breather, tie dye t-shirts). You are also within walking distance of several shopping plazas and restaurants. We did not get in our car one time during the entire stay. We would stay here again and are already planning a trip again next year.

The Tans May Fade But The Memories Will Last Forever.

This 3rd floor unit at Emerald Beach Resort was perfect for our small family of 3 (2 adults & 16 year old), but could have easily worked for larger family! Rick (owner) was great with communication — before, during and on our way out of PCB. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed to get our Spring Break started. The location of the unit itself within Emerald Beach is our favorite — very little need for elevators with short walk down couple steps to room. Will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future. #SB23

Great view, but too loud

The condo is right next to four elevators, which while convenient, makes for nonstop noise at all hours. People’s voices echo out there too, making it worse. (Master bedroom window looks out to the elevators) Our master bed was held up by four plastic flower pots, turned upside down, because the original bed supports were broken. When I told the owner, he talked about how the bed was only 2 years old and didn’t offer to fix it. I demanded a refund so that we could move to a place with a safer bed and he stopped responding. I called Vrbo who called him and he answered and said he was having someone come out and fix it— which did happen. I didn’t like that I had to go to that length to get it fixed. We do like Emerald. The chairs were a great perk. The view was phenomenal. If going, plan to bring your own trash bags, laundry detergent etc. It wasn’t as clean as I like, so we also bought some cleaners to touch the place up. The rugs are very dirty that the vacuum can’t fix, so plan on wearing shoes.
