Great place close to the beach

House has great furniture, kitchen, towels, sheets. Pool and backyard are wonderful for late afternoon swim and relaxing. Beach is literally around corner in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time during our stay. Everything was set up perfectly. Kathy was just a text away if we needed anything. The walk to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise was amazing. The pool was refreshing and had the perfect amounts of sun and shade throughout the day.

Fabulous Fort Lauderdale stay!

The property was wonderful! Great location, pool, kitchen, beds, etc. The property also worked well and was comfortable for my friend who unfortunately broke her foot Day 1! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Kathy was great to work with as well!

This 2 bed /2 bath homes gives all that you looking for.Comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, tv in every room (including master bath and kitchen) and a backyard oasis that allows you to choose the beach or your own private pool!A definite repeat in our books.

Beautiful, fully-equipped home in ideal beach location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lauderdale Beach. The house is perfect. The beds are comfortable, beach & bath towels plentiful, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We walked easily to the beach, many nearby eateries, and Walgreens. An amazing bakery, terrific Detroit-style pizza place, excellent Greek restaurant were highlights. We enjoyed being close to both Ft Lauderdale, and charming Lauderdale by the Sea.

Perfect Retreat

The home is perfect for 4 adults. It’s updated, and close to a wide variety of activities. The property manager and owner are very engaged and hospitable, and take care to make sure the visit meets expectations. Highly recommend!

My family of four stayed here for a week and did not want to leave. Centrally located and very close to the beach on a quiet street. Pool was fantastic, beach chairs were great and overall amenities were unmatched. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Getaway for my wife and I, two teenage daughters, and dog

Nicely furnished and decorated, updated kitchen with gas stove, extremely comfortable beds, updated bathrooms with a main bath walk-in shower, a spacious and comfortable living area with large flat screen TV, well manicured and fenced in back yard with pool and sun shade, upscale neighborhood, roughly 100 fee from the beach.

Fantastic Stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The house was spacious, well decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape during the warm afternoons.Kathy was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Fort Lauderdale.

GREAT VACATION HOUSE !!!!!!!

This by far was the best vacation house I ever rented. The house was well maintained on every detail. The location was also great. Beach right across the street maybe a 1 minute walk. Curtis and Kathy were both very easy to work with and made the whole vacation go smoothly. This will be my vacation house in the future.

Top quality and private home spectacular

Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot. The property manager was great and easy and so very accommodating. Even the property owner called to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This home is truly a 5 star property and I can't recommend it enough. The owner, Curtis, as well as our hospitality liaison Kathy were terrific and made sure we wanted for nothing the entire week. Several mornings we woke up to a bag of fresh picked mangoes waiting for us at the door which was so nice. The beach is literally across the street and you're only minutes from shopping/restaurants/etc. We're already planning our next stay at property!

Very Nice Home

Very nice home. Nice fenced in back yard. Nice pool. Nice location. Nice people to deal with as well. Curtis and Kathy are real people and very easy to deal with from the early on booking part to the actual stay. Cant ask for anything more in renting a home. Thanks a million....

Why stay in a hotel when you can relax in a private home with all the safety, amenities and conveniences of home? Thats what you get here!! In addition, you will not find a home better suited to enjoy the beach and all Ft Lauderdale has to offer. Central to EVERYTHING... shopping to sightseeing to relaxing on the beach.

I designed this home for me to live in, but fate took me in a different direction. What that means is that you will not be staying in a house that was done quick, dirty and cheap as a rental.
