Irie House (Irie betyder "tillstånd av välbefinnande" i jamaicansk) är idealiskt beläget på övre 04:00 Road mittemot 04:00 Run (4:00 vilket innebär att tiden drev nära ... bättre att börja skidåkning ner!). Idealiskt beläget innebär att (1) det är nära till alla bergssporter - vinter och sommar, det vill säga, ski-in / ut, cykel-in / ut och / eller vandra in / ut; och (2) är bara en kort promenad till stan.

Medan fasad av Irie House är en rustik fjällstuga, som är attraktiv i sig döljer det en 4200 kvadratfot, bekväma / mysiga 5 sovrum hem som kan sova 10 i två bostadsområden. När du har angett det rymliga vardagsrummet, gäster brukar gå rakt ut till den stora däck för en panoramautsikt över staden och Baldy Mountain. Sedan hitta kök / matplats och sovrummet både utåt på däck. Vid ytterligare utforska, finner man den andra vardagsrum nere med kök, badrum, 2 sovrum, öppen spis, TV och ett biljardbord - perfekt för barnen medan föräldrarna är på övervåningen avkopplande. Från andra våningen balkongen är ytterligare två sovrum och ett loft, plus en plats att arbeta för dem som inte kan komma undan (huset har total trådlös).

Tidigare hyresgäster kommer att bli glatt överraskade av att vardagsrummet och nedervåningen möbler har helt uppdaterad, fönster med utsikt över däck och staden har bytts ut och övervåningen badrummet har varit redone. Eftersom barrel hade blivit ganska trött, för det har ersatts med ett modernt fyra jet-pack Billfrog Spa tillsammans med däck förstärkningar för att hålla den.

Således, efter de långa, "hårda" dagar av skidåkning, cykling, vandring och / eller bara shopping, kan man komma hem till en plats som hemma. Men, är den bästa platsen för nya Bullfrog Spa på däck med utsikt över staden och bergen - fantastiska när det snöar och speciellt på natten när månen är uppe. Då alla inser att de är verkligen i "ett tillstånd av välbefinnande"!

Great location!!

We were traveling with friends for a ski trip prior to the holiday. This house is HUGE with enough space for adults and kids to enjoy the same space or be on different floors with plenty of room! There are two full kitchens (which we didn't use) but this was a great addition for snacks and not running up and down stairs. You literally walk across the street and put on your skis right on the 4O'Clock Run and ski to the Snowflake lift. This was the BEST part!! This space is GREAT for groups or multiple families. The view was amazing every morning and it never gets old.

Perfect Home For Our Family Reunion

We had a wonderful trip to Breckenridge! The house was clean and fit six adults very comfortably. Great views of the mountains, and an easy walk (about ten minutes) into downtown. Our host was easy to connect with and available when we had questions. Thanks!

Spring Break

We thought the location was excellent and communication with property manager was very responsive. Property could use some updates and repairs. Overall is was great to have enough space for the 10 of us and walking distance to town.

Great Location and Views

Great house with plenty of room to spread out. The front porch/view is amazing and hot tub is nice to have! Large garage to store skis and just cross the street to ski down to lift. Communication with owner was wonderful. Easy process and great stay!

Friends ski trip

Location was incredible! Literally walked up the driveway and across the street to hop on the 4 o clock run. With fresh snow, we were able to ski right into the driveway at the end of the day:) The home was fantastic and easily fit our group of 10 adults. Beautiful views from the back deck and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Annual guys ski trip

This property has plenty of space. View from the hot tub is fantastic. Proximity to Snowflake lift is great. The house is dated but owner was very helpful and we will definitely book again.

Awesome ski-in/out

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robert’s getaway. House is perfectly located. Walked across the street to the slopes. We’re able to ski all morning, quickly stop by for lunch then ski all afternoon (even with little new skiers in tow). House is clean and plenty to do on the inside. If we visit Breck again, will definitely stay here.

Terrific ski-in ski-out home

There were 9 of us, two families with adult children. This house is truly ski-in ski-out; we just walked across the street to the slopes. The house had two nice living spaces, both with big sectionals for family gatherings. There were plenty of games, a pool table, an outdoor hot tub with a beautiful mountain view, a heated garage for your ski gear, and a fully stocked kitchen. The house is also a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. Some of the adults found the twin beds a bit uncomfortable, full-size beds were comfortable. We'd go back to this place!

Perfect ski-in/out for families

This house is perfectly located across the street from 4 O’clock run, an easy run to teach littles on. This run also has access to the gondola, a chair lift, and downtown. The garage was a great place to store all ski gear after coming off the mountain. We had plenty of room for our extended family of seven adults and two littles. Both living spaces were big with large sofas that could accommodate our entire family. The two kitchens were nice as well to store and prepare food. They also provided plenty of kitchen/laundry supplies (trash bags, towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap). They have a good amount of kid friendly supplies as well (portable crib, high chairs). We had a few hiccups with our check-in and maintenance issues but overall this was a great place for our family to stay on our visit to Breckinridge.

We loved the property. The location was great. The ski in/ski out was wonderful. The view from back deck was gorgeous. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Enjoyed our stay so much we are looking forward to February 2024 trip!

Perfect home for large group!

This house had a gorgeous view. It was so well stocked with the necessities; toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc! The kitchen, as well, contained everything necessary for cooking. The grandkids loved the hot tub and could go to the lower level for their fun! We loved Breckinridge and this home was the perfect location!

Great place for a large family or group

Lot's of room, great view and great location. The hot tub was well used by the grandkids. The decor is a little dated and worn around the edges, but I felt like it was a very good value and gave us many things to do within easy walking distance.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Having had a condo on lower Four O'clock Rd. for several years, once the house came on the market, we felt it was a perfect place to retire. Little did we know we could/would also share the attractions of our Colorado home with others.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Every guest will name the attractions: great skiing, biking, hiking, exploring, reading on the deck (or your private nook in the house), enjoying the hot tub day and night, especially when it's snowing! , ie, just feeling at home w/o the worries of home. Whoops, almost forgot THE VIEW over the town of Breckenridge, Mt. Baldy and up the valley to Hoosier Pass, 13, 500 ft.
