Great for a family visit

We had a very nice visit to Sunriver - the house was great. The master bedroom was fabulous and the other two bedrooms met our needs. My favorite part was the fabulous deck with such comfortable furniture. Would love to find a house just like this a little closer to Sunriver Village.

Great House!!!

We really enjoyed your house!!! We had a special place to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday! Plus it snowed on his birthday! We were able to go tubing, thanks to your passes!

Had a wonderful time in Sun River!

Grateful we came across this home. Stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed them all so much. The hot tub and bikes made the experience easy and fun. We did some horseback riding, river floating, biking, golfing, and more. Great location away from the village. Beautiful neighborhood with what I believe to be “regulars” who own homes on the same street.

Perfect Family Week

My wife and I took our two young boys and 14.5 year old dog to Sunriver for their first time and had a blast. The house had everything we needed, was clean and in a good location for all that we wanted to do. We loved the elevated deck with seating and the hot tub tucked in it's own separate location of the deck. Communication and interaction with property management was seamless. Would stay here again.

Family Style Home

We had a great time at this home. Seems to be in the middle everything which is nice but more traffic. It would have been nice to have bikes included and the a/c went out but on the bright side the management team was right on it and it got fixed. Sharc passes we're used everyday and the home is equipped with everything you need. Open concept upstairs and patio are a great place to entertain and watch wildlife.

We have stayed in many Sunriver homes over the years and this one was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was the perfect spot for our family of two adult children and their partners, along with my husband and I. We look forward to returning in the summertime to enjoy all of the experiences that Sunriver offers when the weather is warm!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this home with 6 adults. Lots of room and great place to entertain. There were two groups of us and we had everyone over for brunch one morning and dinner a different day. Enough room for people to sit at the table, bar and outside. Spent lots of time on the deck, soaking in the quite and watching the passing deer. Good location with nice bike ride to the village or the SHARC.

Interior was pleasantly decorated, lots of light coming in, nice big deck, good bedrooms for 3 couples, and a convenient location. Felt like visiting good friends or relatives....Cascara was very helpful and professional in all my encounters as they have been over the years, previously as Sun Ray as well.

Location was great on a quiet street close to walking paths. Equipped with essentials & great space

Property wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. Fireplace wasn't swept in between guests. Extra Bedding covered in pet hair and not properly packaged, alluding that it was clean. Broken sink faucet in hall bath, broken fireplace glass doors, hot tub wasn't vacuumed upon entering and bike had a broken seat. Great property location for a peaceful stay. Comfortable beds, great shower water pressure and friendly staff at property management that orchestrated making our stay better.

Fantastic Vacation Home in Winter Wonderland

We had a five-night stay at this vacation home and it was wonderful. It was a very clean, comfortable home with many amenities - the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed using the spa each evening. The golf course is nearby which provided a great sledding hill for my boys. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family snowy getaway

This was perfect. Well supplied house, lots of firewood kept us toasty and cozy while we watched movies, played board games and enjoyed the falling snow. It was the winter getaway we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great House

Overall a great house to stay at. Good location, kitchen fully stocked, super clean. The only thing I’ll mention is that the floors and walls are super thin, so if you’ve got light sleepers you may need earplugs or sound machines. When you’re sitting in the family room you can hear a conversation in the bedrooms below word for word.

Would absolutely stay here again with family, friends, and pet. Highly recommend!

Our party included my wife, three sons (ages 17, 13, & 9), and 50 lb golden doodle. Our friend from Cape Cod joined us as well. The entire stay and amenities were flawless. We cooked and grilled our own food. Every thing was very well organized and easy to find. The hot tube was perfect after a day on the slopes as was the fireplace and comfortable living room furniture. Great floor plan/layout and open common space to socialize. Beds were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
