Beautiful house

The central living space of this house was big and open. Everyone could sit at the kitchen bar to watch meals get cooked and keep the chef company. The kitchen supplies lacked a little but it was a house full of foodies. There were plenty of dishes and a coffee maker. There was lots of furniture to lounge on in the living room and great vaulted ceilings with rough beams to make you feel like you're in a fancy cabin. The master suite was big and airy with a huge bathroom including a jetted tub. The hot tub was awesome! It can hold several people comfrtably. We did unfortunately enter a house that was not cleaned but the property management replied to us quckly and compensated us fairly for the mix-up.

Family Gathering

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It is located in the northern area of Sunriver which is quieter and less busy than areas near the village. Added bonus, the neighbors were very friendly and many are full-time residents. The home is well laid out and has the basic essentials. Could use some additional kitchen basics but we were able to make due with what was supplied. The only note is that the bunk bed is a bit noisy. We had an adult sleeping on the bottom a d a child on top. Not really a problem, just something to consider. There were plenty of bicycles and helmets for a variety of ages. Cascara property management was very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Fantastic Sunriver Property

We rented this home for a week with our multigenerational group. It is a fabulous one level house with everything you could possibly need. Great neighborhood within about a mile of the river. The bikes were even in great shape which is not the case with all rentals. We were so impressed with the communication with the property managers. They were so thoughtful about everything.

Excellent stay

We had a great family vacation and this house was perfect for our 3 families. The rooms were spacious, the hot tub was nice and the home beautiful and clean with everything we needed. They had a nice variety of bikes, the only thing I’d suggest would be if it the backyard was somehow closed off. We have small children and being near the road was a little tough. All in all, fabulous stay and we’d love to continue to come back!

Great Sun River Vacation

The house was clean, well organized, and had a great layout for a large group. The single story floorplan with multiple bathrooms/suites is a really nice touch. Easy access to bike paths an amenities. The bikes and buggy in the garage were all usable. Would highly recommend this property!

Very clean and comfortable

Lovely home with two masters, two bedrooms on one level. Very clean and loved the wooden accents. The microwave and dishwasher need to be updated. Otherwise, a great stay in Sunriver

Perfect Family Retreat

The house is gorgeous, located in a neighborhood with bike/walking trails. Close to the Village and swimming pools (short drive). We enjoyed star gazing from the back deck. There are plenty of bikes in the garage for all ages to use. Would love to return to this location.

The home was roomy for our family, as advertised could accommodate 8, and included a air mattress, which was not needled. Home was clean, kitchen was equipped with essential cooking utensils. I had to request a couple of items from the property management company, coffee filters and dishwasher pods were not available, as advertised. One issue I had with the property was that no cleaning supplies, other than the dish soap was available. We were there for 7 nights, this was also mentioned by a previous renter. Bikes were a great addition, our family enjoyed the bike trails, and took rides every day. The SHARQ passes were included, this was a great park and was enjoyed by all!

We Loved It!!

The home was extremely clean, had a beautiful, well appointed kitchen. We also loved the layout with two master suites. Thank you and we will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience staying at Verdin 6 and dealing with the staff at Cascara. Very clean property and hassle free. The hot tub stopped working but one phone call had the issue resolved and working again during a holiday weekend in a couple hours. Verdin 6 is a beautiful property with updated appliances and electronics.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always have a great time while in Sun River. We bring our three boys who are 16,18 & 21. They all look forward to it every year. The home located at Verdin 6 was one of the best homes we stayed at. It was clean, well stocked with all the necessities and in a great location for our family. We don't like to be close to the village as we love the bike ride in. We would definitely rent it again.

It was very quite area away from lodge and heavy traffic. Close to Bennim Falls bike trail which was nice. Outlets were not working in Bathroom and were fixed immediately. One refrigerator was not working and they repaired immediately and brought extra one for the garage. Nice Property!
