Denna unika solupplysta enhet renoverades 2010 och är nyinredd och är en del av en historisk triplex i det önskvärda området West Beach. Din dörröppning ligger bara 1-1 / 2 kvarter från sand- och volleybollplanerna på West Beach nära Stearns Wharf. Funk Zone-området bara ett kvarter bort! och lätt gångavstånd till downtown State St. affärer och restauranger. Mycket nära ligger också Amtrak-stationen; inget behov av bil alls, särskilt om du anländer med tåg!

** En andra 2-nivå 1-BR-enhet i vår triplex har fungerat som en semesteruthyrning sedan 2008. Se vrbo # 255189. Och en större 1-BR-enhet (# 512066) är rymlig och vårt tidigare hem framför triplex.

En plan plan, en entré vardagsrummet är underbart upplyst av en central skylite. Den har en utdragbar bäddsoffa av hög kvalitet av AU för ytterligare gäster, och en 42-tums HD-TV med HD-DirecTV och DVR-spelare. Dessutom en unik 400-film LaserDisc-samling med spelare och DVD-spelare.
Ett matbord med hög topp och pallar serveras från ett kök som har fullt kylskåp, spis / ugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, alla granitbänkskåp och är utrustade med Cuisinart kaffebryggare, brödrost och mixer, inklusive grundläggande köksredskap / porslin .

Ett mer skuggat sovrum har en plysch-top queen-size säng med duntäcke och kuddar, en högkvalitativ stor byrå och dusch i ett vitkaklat badrum. Återuppståde ursprungliga grangolv går igenom. En bakdörr öppnas till en åk vid uteplatsen med hundraårig vägg och fågelliv med vatten.
Badrummet har endast dusch.

WiFi internet täckning är gratis. Ett omfattande LaserDisc-bibliotek finns på plats och en LD-spelare har gjorts tillgänglig för gästerna av ägaren.

Lovely place and location!

My mom, friend, and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect! Cute neighborhood, walkable to the funk zone and state street, and has a bonus rooftop garden. We would stay here in the future again!

Attention to detail everywhere!

Beautiful property, centrally located to the Funk Zone in SB. Everything including the beach, bars, coffee shops, resturants and harbor are a super short walk away. The house itself was so cute and clean with everything you could need and more! They even had a foot massager that was heaven sent after two days of being in heels for wedding festivities! The highlight though, is the patio over looking the canal that provided the most amazing sunset views. So beautiful.

Beautiful & Memorable

Couldn't ask for a better host or a more enchanting and dreamy location. Sandy was always responsive and helpful. We loved every minute of our stay. Huge bonus that proximity to beach is unbeatable. Would love to stay here again in the future!!

Fantastic location and very comfortable

My husband, our daughter, and I spent several days here, and we loved it. The one-bedroom unit was very comfortable and well-equipped, the building is convenient to the beach and the Funk Zone, and the rooftop garden and sitting area is delightful. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

perfect location

Wonderful house in a great location. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in Santa Barbara. Roof top gardens are amazing and the landscaping around each house in the neighborhood made walking a pleasure. Walkable to downtown fun and the beach and wharf.

We love Chapala Gardens and the location is perfect

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay . Easy check in process . Great communication with owner . The bed is really great. You can easily walk to the beach and to all the great restaurants nearby. The only negative is the parking the weekend there is only 90 minutes parking from 10 am to 5pm.

Spring break get away

Location is perfect! Right next to the beach and State street. Roof top patio is absolutely lovely. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck, laughing and enjoying the time. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great little spot close to the beach.

My mother, partner, and I really enjoyed our stay at a Chapala Gardens. This is our first time to Santa Barbara and we felt right at home. There were some “technical difficulties” with the house, but Sandy was very responsive and very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Winding dow in SB

A Beautiful place with the river behind and the Ocean almost in front. The rooftop garden is marvelous and a wonderful treat to sit up there and see the city and beach. It tok 5 min. to walk to the end of the pier to watch the sunrise. I wish I could share soe of the pictures here. Thank you.

Perfect location to walk everywhere!! Sandy came immediately when there was a kerfuffle with check in (another guest mistakenly took our unit) and rectified the situation! Shower is tough for tall folks but everything else is fabulous!

Great Location

My wife and I really enjoyed our two night stay. Unit 2 has everything you need with a simple well worn feel (only reason a gave it a 4 instead of 5 on cleanliness is due to wear and tear on some of the furniture, but is all just fine). It's a quiet location, but a super easy walk to all the action. Check out the hydroponic rooftop vegetable garden. It's super cool.

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Barbara at the Chapala Gardens. Everything in the unit was as stated in the online booking material. Quiet. Occasional train which I thought was no problem. Beds are excellent. Kitchen as well stocked. Thank you.

Perfect location !

My husband and I spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed the location and the bed was very comfy. The shower was too small but we made due. The property was in need of some maintenance and Sandy was attentive to it. The roof top gardens were amazing and Sandy was very informative about it and we are very interested in purchasing some towers for growing our veggies on a condo deck when we retire. It was a pleasure staying here and we think it was meant for us to do so😜

Location, location, location! Awesome. So much was wonderful. Just being in Santa Barbara 👍. A few things could be described better. Parking has some restrictions. Shower is a miniature. If it gets chilly at night, heat was an issue for us. Never actually saw owners. Spoke on phone. But did I mention location? That made up for some little deficiencies.

Cute place but a couple of things need attention. The shower is very small and the shower head needs to be replaced. Would be nice to have 2 sets of towels for each person. Suggest upgrading the coffee pot. The couch is not comfortable. Parking can be a challenge.

Badly in need of upgrades

Shower and bathroom had mildew and ants - window needs replacement and has no heat. Unit absorbs a lot of noise from street and neighboring units and has little to no heat. Couch was stained as well as bed sheets - pillows were also old. owner did not send property email till after we arrived and had questions. street parking was also a hassle. only good thing was the location.

Very old property

It was a quaint little rental and was very clean. However, we wish the listing would have mentioned the age of the home and the fact that there is no A/C and that everyone here just opens their windows to cool the interior. We happened to come during a heat wave and were very hot our entire stay. I also have a very real fear of spiders so opening the windows without screens was not an option for me. The shower head was not working properly and needs replaced. The shower itself was so small that it could benefit from a removable showerhead to make it easier to bathe. Otherwise beautiful area and close to the beach and the owners were very friendly.

Great Location

We had a nice stay here and it suited our needs perfectly. We were able to walk to State Street for dinner and to Chase Palm Park for our wine event. Our host responded quickly when I texted him. Looking forward to our next stay!

We are residents of Santa Barbara, having moved from the Sacramento area and Canada to here in 2008. We formerly occupied the front main unit of this beautiful tri-plex by the beach and oversee the property ourselves.

Our rooftop is a beautiful, demonstration aeroponic, soil-less vertical farm which is available to our guests for lounging, dining and just enjoying!

Health-conscious and fitness-oriented, our family enjoys beach volleyball, bicycling and running right here in West Beach with its nearby amenities. We also are pioneering a soil-less, vertical aeroponic Tower Garden farm on our rooftop.

We love sharing our love of this ideal neighborhood with our guests.

West Beach is THE place to stay in Santa Barbara for both beach and downtown access. Very few properties become available here, and certainly none with the amenities we offer for the reasonable price we offer!
