The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and communication with the host was great! The location was very close to town and RMNP. Would definitely stay here again!

Neighborhood was quiet and quick access to RMNP. Condo was clean and has everything we needed - everything from a few random spices for dinner to board games to play as a family. The elk came into the neighborhood each day - so fun to sit and watch from 15 feet away. Had a great time. Thank you again.

Another great experience. We have been here for several years. House is comfortsble and perfectly furnished. We took our whole fsmily and everyone had a wonderful time. Leah is a caring, professional manager who makes sure all is well. We have reserved it for another 2 weeks next yesr.

Gorgeous property! The view and river walk was beautiful. Felt like we were in a cabin within the national park. The host was very responsive and accommodating us early. The amenities like basic cooking essentials were all there. It was so close to all the attractions and restaurants. If you are traveling with young kids, definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful location, incredibly clean, and the property manager was very responsive. She even allowed us to check out a couple hours later than the scheduled time. Beautiful property!

This is one of our favorite go-to places. Great location. Warm, comfortable, fully equipped condo. This is one of several times we have stayed here over the last couple of years. We have reservations again for 2 weeks in late August. Leah is wonderful. She is on top of things and makes sure the condo is fully ready for our arrival. Communications are timely and complete and she is always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we enjoy our stay. Thank you Leah, you are the best.

Great location close to downtown and entrance to RMNP. The house was exactly as described. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We wish we could have stayed longer - hopefully it is available next time!

Terrific home. Perfect location and size for our group of 7 adults. Very close access to RMNP. Property manager was great to work with. Five stars across the board!

Great location, great communication w/thoughtful host, smooth check in and departure, clean, comfy, and fully stocked kitchen and baths ready to make you feel at home! Great layout also. Walking distance to Coffee on the Rocks, the Rock Shop, and other fun stops. Close to RMNP entrance, popular Della Terra wedding venue and town. Highly recommend!!!

Nice place.

Everything was wonderful. Our favorite thing was the close by walking trail along the river and the bird feeder on the deck.

Wonderful Stay

Family and I had a great stay at this home. Very clean, comfy feel, with plenty of space. Excellent location for going into town as well as the park. Excellent communication and the listing was as advertised. Can’t recommend enough.

Start the Summer get away

Perfect place for my family with older kids to feel comfy and everyone to have their own space. Pictures don't do it justice..it is truly gorgeous and so clean. Views are great and neighborhood is so quiet. Short distance to all attractions and downtown shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great RMNP Vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The owner worked with us on very short notice to allow us to stay there and it was perfect. The beds were super comfortable, and the condo had everything you could need. We loved how close it was to RMNP- just a 5 minute drive! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay close to the park.

Perfect location!

This was a perfect spot! We were close to downtown Estes and RMNP plus the neighborhood itself was filled with wildlife! There was a trail along the river too. Condo was a great size, well stocked kitchen and a great balcony for relaxing in the evenings/mornings.
