Beach Studio

Located less than a block from the beach this studio offers the best all around vacation. It offers a large area for sleeping and relaxing plus a 55" smart TV for your viewing pleasure. High speed WiFi is also available for your convenience. There is a fully functional kitchenette with an induction cooktop, toaster oven, microwave and full size refrigerator.
There is a large bathroom with shower/tub combo.

All within walking distance you can experience the beach and bay within minutes.
Mission Beach and Mission Bay are just a few blocks away. There are many places along the boardwalk that offer refreshments and full dinning, souvenir shops and site seeing . In addition there are numerous restaurants and shopping along the business district on Garnet Ave about a 15 minute walk away.

Downtown San Diego features the Gaslamp District with a variety of clubs and dinning experiences.

The world renowned San Diego Zoo is within a 15 minute drive away and Sea World is just 3 miles away.

There are a few golf courses within a short driving distance. The well known Torrey Pines golf course is about a 15 minute drive away. There is also a local golf course located about 3 miles away near Mission Bay.

We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you comfortable with the above before proceeding. No pets please!
