We had a wonderful stay! The house is incredibly comfortable with ample space for a big family. Every detail is thought out and they could not have been nicer hosts. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach and main streets of Manhattan Beach! Thank you!

This is a fairly nice home in a central locationHowever it’s very uphill and parking is very tight so not good for everyone or big cars. Had a major issue with Melissa when I asked to have 5 family members over on a Sunday afternoon for a bday lunch. She refused to allow more than 3 of my family members for even a couple hours. It really ruined our trip as I had family in Laguna and Encinitas that wanted to get together and relax on the deck and she refused to allow 10 of us (5 renting and 5 for lunch) to quietly gather from 12-3pm. She claimed it was a permit issue. It’s unfortunate as we liked the place but because of this will never book her property again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and its central location. As clearly stated in our listing, parking is available in multiple areas including inside the garage, to the left of the garage, and directly in front of it with detailed measurements provided to help guests determine the best fit for their vehicles. Regarding visitors, our house rules specify that only registered guests are permitted at the property in accordance with our city’s short-term rental permit policy and neighborhood regulations. These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with local laws and to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. We always aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests while maintaining good relationships with our neighbors and adhering to the city’s permit policies. We appreciate your understanding and value your feedback, as it helps us continue to provide a positive and transparent hosting experience. We are at your service, Zev & Melissa
