Paradise

The pictures were perfect. High end bedding, furniture, and appliances. Beach and pool and grill area were all spotless. No complaints.

Annual Spring Vacation to Orange Beach

Regency Isle is a very nice facility. They are always working to maintain the building. During our week they shutdown the 10th floor elevator access to redo the floors, so they look great! The condo is always very clean and modern.

Great Stay

We have stayed at Regency Isle on several occasions. We love the location, especially before the crowds come. This was our best one! The unit is beautiful and well maintained, and there is nothing I would change. We will come back in the fall.

Tons of high end special touches here!!!

We loved our stay at your condo over New Year’s this year. We stay in VRBO’s nearly every time we travel and this place tops the list so far! Amazing luxurious leather furniture, the floors are fantastic, the bed and bedding is so very comfortable and high-end. Having laundry was amazing. The dishwasher was fantastic. We loved grilling out several nights while we stayed. A very short walk down the street to FloraBama was fun. Fireworks watched from the balcony right on the shore on New Year’s Eve was amazing! Don’t hesitate to stay at this property. You can tell it is the second home to the owners and it is worth a little bit extra! Much love for letting us call this home for the week!

Beach getaway

Amazing condo in a nice property

The description and reviews are spot on. This is an amazing condo in a great spot. It feels like a home and not a rental. It has great furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and organized. The reserved parking spot is right next to the elevator. It doesn’t get any better than this condo. We are planning our next visit!

Regency Isle 1009

This condo is beautiful and very clean! It has been updated and the color selection and decor is very nice and appealing. The king bed was very comfortable and master bath had plenty of room. Kitchen provisions were great. The balcony is huge and we really enjoyed our time out there with that perfect view. Host was nice to work with and we look forward to enjoying this beautiful condo again soon!

Orange Beach Summer Vacation

Perfect Condo in Perdido Key

This condo is beautiful and in a great location! No wait for elevators, easy covered parking, quick beach access and indoor/outdoor pool. Owner is easy to work with and they have thought of everything.

Wonderful Condo!

Our family had such a wonderful time in this condo! We have stayed at Regency Isle every year for the last 5 years and this condo is upgraded and is the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in! We also enjoyed having a parking spot close to the elevators. We were able to easily grab our beach chairs and crab hunting gear easily without having to drag it inside the condo. We are already booked for next year!

Beautiful Stay

This was easily the nicest unit I’ve stayed in on the coast. Not only was it updated and decorated beautifully, but it was also very clean. It was clear thought was put into making sure anything/everything you could need to cook was provided. The complex itself is in an ideal location - and not so large that the beach was crowded. I definitely look forward to going back!

Spring Break

The unit was awesome and even better than described. The ice maker by the wet bar is a nice touch. The only negative is the exterior of the building is going through renovations, they started anytime between 7-8 am each day. The noise was constant until around 3-5 each day. This isn’t a knock against the owner, she was great and this is out of her control.

Paradise

What a wonderful vacation we had in this spacious, beautiful condo! The location is perfect with sunrise and sunset views. The beach is gorgeous. Regency Isle is well maintained although the gym could use some updates. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay in this condo again if we have the opportunity.

Wonderful Stay!

We took my college sons for a fall break weekend. The unit was so comfortable and felt like home. This is one of our favorite properties. I love the large balconies and the quiet beach. The beach chairs, beach towels and balls were just an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely the Best!

Regency Isle is a very well kept complex. This condo is everything we expected and one of the cleanest, best organized, and most comfortable we have rented over the years. It was very spacious for just the two of us, but 4 adults could easily be comfortable. The updated renovations are especially nice. We enjoyed the large balcony and spent quite a bit of time there. The location of the complex is ideal. Very quiet, but a short drive to Publix, the park with a lovely biking and walking trail, and restaurants. We were fortunate to have very nice weather, but thought the covered balcony could be a nice place to relax if there were rain showers. I highly recommend this condo and plan to return ourselves.
