Brittany was very responsive and went above and beyond! Everything was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everything was so organized and well stocked and had everything we needed. Our family loves coffee so we all appreciated the coffee bar!

This property was better than expected! The host was very responsive, the home was immaculate and the numerous extra amenities provided were very much appreciated! The home is fully equipped with baby and, kitchen items, plus everything a family needs for the beach! We will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and amazing. It had everything you could ever need and more!! So nice to have all the extras for an infant. Great location, close to the beach. Brittany was great to work with. We would come back here for sure. Loved the house.

Comfy Beach House

Brittany, We really enjoyed staying at your house. We loved the contemporary, breezy decor, and we played in the pool for hours. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, and the amenities were awesome! We have vacationed at many locations through the years, but we have never had such a wide variety of amenities. You thought of everything! I would highly recommend your place to anyone. It was a great home away from home!Leesa

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful month in Melbourne Beach! We especially liked having the 4 bedrooms so we could invite our friends and family. This house had more amenities than any place we have ever rented. It was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything you needed for the beach, including chairs, towels, wagons, coolers and lotion! The heated pool was amazing. Our hosts, Britanny & Phil were delightful and responsive. I highly recommend this vacation property!

First of all, we would like to say a huge “thank you” to Britt and Phil, for helping to make our family holiday such a memorable and happy one. You really have thought of everything and the villa exceeded our expectations. The question is, where to start.The villa is maintained to a high standard and is well kept and maintained, both inside and out.The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and are as described. The kitchen has everything you need, including appliances; is well stocked in terms of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils.We loved the pool and the children enjoyed using the floats and noodles provided. We made use of the BBQ which was a good size and easy to use. For families with younger children, there is an alarm on the windows and door to the pool which is great for peace of mind.At the end of the road is the beach and the garage is stocked with everything you need for a day trip to the beach.During our stay, Britt checked in with us regularly, to ensure everything was ok and to ask if had any questions.The area has plenty to offer in terms of shops and restaurants and the only downside was having to leave.Would highly recommend for a family vacation.
