När du parkerar din bil kommer du aldrig tillbaka i den! Detta hem ligger på en lugn gata i hjärtat av Capitola Village och ligger bara några steg från stranden, pittoreska butiker, fantastiska restauranger, fantastisk utsikt och all livemusik och libations man kan begära.

Detta mysiga hem har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. En queen-size soffa i queen size är i vardagsrummet. Loftet med takfönster är ett bra ställe för barnen med sina egna T. V. och Playstation 2. Det finns också dubbelsäng att sova.

Allt är ombyggt och nymålade med nya kvalitetslinne och handdukar. De många fönstren och den nya skärmdörren håller allt luftigt och ljust. Om du föredrar att bo i finns ett komplett modernt kök.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Capitola house. Great location walking distance to downtown Capitola. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication was great with Shelly. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Parking is outrageous, loft ladder is dangerous

I was very disappointed in the parking , your onsite parking was always full and the offsite parking was also full . Drove in circles for a 1/2 hour to find parking . Stated it was a 2 bedroom , with the picture showing a loft . The ladder going up to the loft is dangerous . It was difficult to climb up and you could never bring your luggage up .

Tiny place with an awesome location

Stayed 3 nights and never feft Capitola. Took our 2 adn 5 year old girls to the beach every day. Got lucky upon arriving to get a spot in front of the rental. The place is fine but the full size bed barely fits in the bedroom. Cannot beat the location though.

Best little accommodation in Capitola!

The beach house is cozy and faces the old architecture as you exit. Its on a fairly quite street with pleanty of windows to let in the breeze and so near the beach. There are wonderful eateries and shopping. The cottage had thoughtful features such as the most comfortable bed and softest sheets, saltwater taffy on the coffee table, television if thats your thing, its our thing to wind down from the day. Its darling clean and the host is so wonderful. When we visit again, we wouldnt dream of staying anywhere else! On behalf of my husband and myself, thank you so very much for sharing your home and hospitality!

Needed getaway

Myself and two daughters headed to Capitola for a last minute getaway. My youngest was just home after 3yrs away in Okinawa in the Navy. Her leave was approved last minute - and this was her birthday (after 4away from us!). We were going further north but after the storms felt we would come back to Capitola to give one of our favorite places some love! Shelly was quick and easy to work with and we were delighted to get somewhere that fit us, in the village at such short notice! Everything was just what was needed. Such a well positioned base for five sunny beach days. The cottage was so clean, had all we needed and was just perfect for our week. The kitchen was well stocked - even a waffle maker! (No kettle for this Scottish mother! But with all else we cannot complain about that!) We had a little problem but Shelly was so gracious to us and accepting! Shelly was quick to respond, and at the same time gave us room to enjoy. She messaged to say our checkin and out times were flexible as her cleaning crew times allowed us more time. Really great stay and made great memories

Perfect overall

This is our fifth year staying here,what we call “our beach house” lol. We truly love Capitola Village, this house is located in the perfect location, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and more importantly the beach! Shelly, the owner of the house is amazing to work with. We always enjoy our time in Capitola and always look forward to coming back every summer.

Perfect spot within walking distance of the beach and the downtown area. The house was perfect for our weekend stay. Hosts keep a great variety of things stocked in the house to make our time there easy. House is well kept, well furnished, and perfect for a getaway. Host was communicative and accommodating. We would stay again and have already recommended it to family.

Breezy Beach Retreat

This cute home in the heart of the village is perfect for a couple or small family. It is well equipped and very cozy. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are soft, unlike so many hotels! The house is extremely clean and our hosts were kind and easy to work with. Instructions were very clear and the small touches they added made our stay feel extra special. We will definitely book again.

Capitola village gem!

My family and I love this house and the location is perfect. Once you park there is no need to drive. We’ve been coming to this house each summer for a few nights for the last couple years and we definitely plan on returning. The owner is amazing and easy to communicate with.

Boardwalk and beach getaway

This home and Shelly the host are 10/10. The location can’t be beat and she has every detail covered inside. She communicates well and is such a sweet lady. We had the best time exploring Capitola and Santa Cruz and can’t wait to make this an annual trip :) Thanks Shelly!
