This brilliant, pet-friendly home is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Walk out your front door and the Lake is within 50 feet for your enjoyment.
This multi-level Unit sport brand new stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave) with beautiful granite countertops in upper kitchen, Bedrooms in upper unit have new wall to wall carpeting and are freshly painted. Lower level has a completely renovated and updated bathroom.
This Unit has terrific beach views. It has a bedroom with a California king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king bed), and a queen murphy bed in the family room, and two full bathrooms. Guests will also enjoy two separate living rooms and two kitchen areas. Clothes washer and dryer are included. Private Deck with lakeview is available for outdoor grilling and sunset views. Central air conditioning, WIFI and off-street parking (4 cars) are available.

In 2017 I purchased a Lake House property as a personal vacation residence - directly across the street from this VRBO property. The beach expresses unique experiences almost everyday - from peaceful/calm kayaking lake, to a wind-surfer's delight with waves over 10'. Sunsets and star gazing opportunities are awesome, and on rare occasions you can witness aurora borealis. We've even witnessed an amazing full eclipse in April 2024.

Woodmere Association is a quiet/residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Unlike many beach properties that have well and septic issues, Woodmere offers public amenities. Streets are paved - keeping the neighborhood clean and quiet. And, best of all, the beach is accessible without a long walk or huge cliffs to navigate.

Lake House apartment is unique because of its location to the beach....being directly across the very quiet street. This House can accommodate 4 to 15 people - ideal for family vacations where groups can have up to 3 individual units for privacy and convenience.
