Vårt 3-sovrum Sunriver hem är det perfekta stället att njuta av året runt solsken och skönhet i centrala Oregon. Rymliga Sunriver hem 1600 kvadratmeter, bra läge, bara en och en halv mil från byn Sunriver och mindre än en mil från SHARC vattencentrum. 8 SHARC-pass tillhandahålls utan extra kostnad och inkluderar också tennisbanor och släde kulle. 8 sovplatser max. Fort Rock Park ligger bara en halv mil bort. Stort grönrum bakom huset. Stor badtunna på L-formad däck, gas BBQ, 12 cyklar.
Enormt stort rum med välvt tak och takfönster är öppet för kök och matplats, wi-fi, platt-TV, DVD / CD och vedspis med ved tillhandahålls. Fullt utrustat kök med granitbänk, mikrovågsugn, ugn, diskmaskin och allt du behöver för att känna dig som hemma. Det finns 2 sovrum på bottenvåningen, ett med en dubbelsäng, platt-TV och klädkammare, och ett med 2 uppsättningar våningssängar (totalt 4 bäddar). Huvudnivån har också ett komplett badrum och tvättstuga.
Det rymliga sovrummet är på övervåningen w / välvt tak, plattskärms-TV, ny king size-säng, badrum med nya granitbänkar m / dubbla handfat, klädkammare, franska dörrar till ett privat däck.

Check in was simple. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wi-fi was sufficient. The only suggestions I might make are to have tissue in the bathroom, and shampoo and cream rinse might be nice. Obviously, people can get by without or buy/bring their own.

Memorial Day Weekend with Family

Wonderfully open floor plan

My children and I booked 2 homes as a Christmas weekend instead of buying presents to make memories and have quality family time.This house may be smaller footage wise but feels way bigger with the open floor plan. We had 13 people for breakfast (2 houses combined) and there was plenty of space and did not feel crowded! The littles loves the bunk room, and called it the kids counters The owner, Linda, was wonderful to communicate with.We will definitely be renting again in the future!

A wonderful "getaway"

We were a group of 5----me, my daughter, 2 granddaughters and a boyfriend. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all of our needs, there was wood for the fire and the hottub was very accessible---we could all go in togther when we wanted to. We loved our week there!

Fun and active vacation

We spent a fun week of beautiful blue skies swimming and biking on the many trails Sunriver has to offer. The house had a big selection of bikes for different ages. It’s biking distance to the playground and the SHARC. The hot tub was very clean and just the right temperature. We cooked and ate out on the deck every day. Great place for a multigenerational family vacation.

Great fit for our family

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a nice size for our young family and had nice amenities. The location was great as well. We were in town for a large baseball tournament, so we weren't at the house much except to sleep. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a nice touch. Thank you for the great communication!

Great place to stay!

3 Red Hill is a great place to stay. Has every kitchen anything you could possibly need. There was an issue with the refrigerator not working and I reached out to Linda about it and she was very attentive and immediately took care of the issue. Both her and her husband were very kind and helpful. Great customer service by both of them. Was a all around great vacation! Thank you so much!

Family time

Our family had a great stay. House is spacious, clean, well laid out, and extremely well stocked. Convenient location. Nice hot tub. Best array of bikes that we have encountered in any of our Sunriver stays. No AC, but we were able to cool off house easily with window fans. Host Linda is easy to get in touch with. Great rental for groups/families. Thanks!

We were impressed that this house had everything we needed - bikes, hot tub, SHARC passes, and one of the best equipped kitchens and pantries I have found in a vacation rental. We’d love to stay here again!

Nice Trip

We had a nice time during our stay and would book again. The kitchen was very well stocked, we appreciated the hot tub having an overhead covering, and though we brought our own, it was great to see all the bikes available to borrow!

Fun weekend getaway

The home was in a quiet safe neighborhood. Unfortunately the SHARC wasn't available during our short visit, only open 3pm to 8pm on the day I planned on visiting. Of course, this was no ones fault and was because of limited staffing. Everything else about our stay was wonderful! The beds were comfy, tons of extra blankets and pillows to choose from. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed a bike ride around the neighborhood with a great variety of bikes to choose from. And we loved the deck for eating outside and of course the hot tub. We had zero issues and didn't need to contact the owner, but I know that it wouldn't have been a problem based on the ease of booking, check in and check out. We hope to be back to this fun getaway.

Perfect spot!

This location was perfect for our needs, 2 teens and 2 adults. Very spacious, open air and great amenities! Very well stocked kitchen with more than we ever needed. The hot tub was great on those cool nights after hot days. Amazing water pressure in the showers, which is a huge selling point for me! Off the beaten path, but close enough to town that it didn't feel like we were away from everything. If we go to Bend again, I will definitely look to stay here again! Host was great with prompt responses and information in advance for our late night arrival. Thank you!!

Amazing home and area

This property was everything we hoped for. Lots of space for everyone to spread out, a fully stocked kitchen (we cook 2/3s of our meals in), and plenty of towels, TP, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Linda was really responsive when there was a minor issue - even though she was on vacation herself! Looking forward to returning. It was our first time in SunRiver and the whole family agreed to put it on the repeat list! I also loved that it felt safe enough to send our teens out biking or walking on their own when they wanted space.

Fun for all

We have never been to Sunriver , and now sorry we have been missing it . Was a very hot stretch in August , so we lucked out with this home . Spacious , comfy , clean and a wealth of items provided for your enjoyment . Felt very much like being at home .. many thanks to the owners for the use of their home .. Cooled down nicely at night and the hot tub felt great on a couple of mornings ! With the multitude of fans , no AC was a non-issue . Really appreciated having the garage for our own bikes , golf clubs , etc .. and our kids ( 30's !! ) made good use of the bikes on site .. No complaints .. great trip .. thank you

Nice time

We had a nice time, with temps in the mid 90’s it was pretty hot inside the house with no AC, I didn’t see that in the description when I booked. Property manager was excellent with communication. Would consider staying here again!

Great property for my wife and I along with our four kids and my two parents to stay for a week long vacation. We all found a bike to use in the garage. The hot tub in the back yard was clean and easy to use. And it was of course great to have a SHARC pass for everyone! Linda was easy to get ahold of when we had a question and very pleasant to talk to. We hope to return!

Perfect summer getaway

We all enjoyed our time at sunriver in this home. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. Sunriver is one of our favorite vacation spots and we will definitely look to book this home again!

You will love the open floor plan of our home after a day of biking, swimming in the new SHARC aquatic center, golfing, fishing, rafting, canoeing, tennis, skiing, snowboarding or whatever activities you enjoy in this beautiful setting. Eight free SHARC passes included, which can also be used to reserve tennis and pickleball courts. The bike trail is right across the street, and our home has more than enough bikes for you to use. We think it is the perfect location, only 1 and 1/2 miles from the shopping village, 9/10 of a mile from SHARC, and half a mile from Fort Rock Park.

The SHARC aquatic center is only 9/10 of a mile away. Fort Rock Park is only 1/2 mile away and has sand volleyball, basketball, children's play equipment,tennis, pickleball, picnic areas, and a field for family sports or games. Mountain sports are only 18 miles away at Mt. Bachelor, and the hot tub will be ready for you when you return. It's a short bike ride or walk to SHARC, the Sunriver village or Fort Rock Park.
