BekvÀmt belÀget ett par kvarter frÄn Coligny Plaza, shopping och underhÄllning. Endast steg till stranden och en av de nÀrmaste egenskaperna till stranden! HÀng ut pÄ balkongen och njut av utsikten eller gÄ nerför stigen och hitta dig sjÀlv pÄ en av de bÀsta strÀnderna i USA!

Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny drottning Memory Foam Madrass. Vi har 2 vÄningssÀngar för mindre barn och en utdragbar soffa.

Vi tillhandahÄller 1 handduk och tvÀttduk per gÀst som anges i bokningen; om detta inte rÀcker, ta med din egen.

Good location. Good parking. Little trouble watching TV, please leave directions how to operate would be helpful! Everywhere you go, each TV is different ie: Rocu, YouTubeTv......need directions which remote to use, etc. Would use this VRBO again!

Just What We Wanted

This unit had everything we wanted. We could not be closer to the beach and pool. The balcony had a good view. The kitchen was just big enough, with a full sized refrigerator and plenty of plates and equipment. The beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was convenient.

Got the job done

Nice place. Stayed for 2 nights. Overall I would recommend. Great view, safe, walked to dinner both nights (about a 5-6 min walk).

The location is wonderful- close to many restaurants, shops, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. We loved starting our day on the porch with some coffee (although there were no correct coffee filters provided.) Make sure to bring bug spray though because the mosquitos were really bad (I left with over 30 bites!) The kitchen is small but usable, but we didn’t cook. There was only one extra blanket that we could find, but plenty of towels. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper, so if you’re staying for longer you may want to bring some. You do have neighbors, and we were awoken two mornings before 8am to a tile cutter outside the door who was replacing tile in the next unit. If you’re sensitive to sound or light when you sleep, you may want to bring an eye mask and earplugs because the AC in the bedroom is loud and has lights that don’t go off. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The listing is very accurate, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. You can also rent two chairs and an umbrella right on the beach. You are on the bottom floor, and there is the condo pool and the Hilton pool both right in front of the balcony, so kids can be loud at all hours. I’d recommend this listing though just because of the proximity to the beach.

Pool not heated

We stayed in April and chose this place for the location and heated pool. As far as location it’s great and close to everything. Great view from the balcony. Unfortunately, pool was freezing, even for my child it was too cold so that was a bummer. Kids beds were covered in sand when we checked in. I contacted the owner and it got resolved quickly. No beach chairs provided. So you have to bring your own or rent.

Great Vacation Spot

Great location on the island and short walk to the beach. Space was a little tight for family of 4 with 2 high energy kids, but luckily we weren’t in the condo for too long.

Great location!!

We enjoyed our time at Ocean Dunes. The condo was clean and newly updated. The ease of access to the beach and pool was perfect for traveling with 2 kids. The condo is in close proximity (driving distance) to great restaurants, activities for the kids, and shopping. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo is clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and conveniently located. It is a perfect place for a couple. The ocean view from the porch just can’t be beat!

Great location close to coligny sq walking distance to all shops and food

Check in was easy and very clean. They offer chairs for beach which we brought but could of left them home to save space. Very relaxing and quite. Was also walking distance to shops and a 10 min drive to a lot of the restaurants.

We didn't stay

This could have been an amazing vacation. However, when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned . The trash was full in the bath and kitchen, Beds unmade. Used towels everywhere. Hair in the sink and table and crumbs on kitchen table. I spoke with the host and she did agree to a full refund and we left. BUT I had to argue with VRBO to get the full refund as she tried to only refund the nightly rate AFTER she had agreed on a full refund.
