Ocean Dunes ligger inbäddat mellan två avancerade resorts som erbjuder en utomhus cabana, grillar och spel för vårt bruk också! Vacker första våningen enhet med en fantastisk hav, pool och utsikt över trädgården! Du behöver inte vänta på hissen, kom bara in och gör dig hemma. Bekvämt beläget ett par kvarter från Coligny Plaza, shopping och underhållning. Endast steg till stranden och en av de närmaste egenskaperna till stranden! Häng ut på balkongen och njut av utsikten eller gå nerför stigen och hitta dig själv på en av de bästa stränderna i USA!

Det stora sovrummet har en helt ny drottning Memory Foam Madrass. Vi har 2 våningssängar för mindre barn och en utdragbar soffa.

Poolen till höger om vår balkong är för vårt bruk och njutning.

Vad tillhandahålls:

Vi tillhandahåller 1 handduk och tvättduk per gäst som anges i bokningen; om detta inte räcker, ta med din egen.

Vi erbjuder 2 rullar toalettpapper och 1 rull pappershanddukar per bokning. Ta med extra om detta inte räcker.

Got the job done

Nice place. Stayed for 2 nights. Overall I would recommend. Great view, safe, walked to dinner both nights (about a 5-6 min walk).

Pool not heated

We stayed in April and chose this place for the location and heated pool. As far as location it’s great and close to everything. Great view from the balcony. Unfortunately, pool was freezing, even for my child it was too cold so that was a bummer. Kids beds were covered in sand when we checked in. I contacted the owner and it got resolved quickly. No beach chairs provided. So you have to bring your own or rent.

We didn't stay

This could have been an amazing vacation. However, when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned . The trash was full in the bath and kitchen, Beds unmade. Used towels everywhere. Hair in the sink and table and crumbs on kitchen table. I spoke with the host and she did agree to a full refund and we left. BUT I had to argue with VRBO to get the full refund as she tried to only refund the nightly rate AFTER she had agreed on a full refund.

Great Vacation Spot

Great location on the island and short walk to the beach. Space was a little tight for family of 4 with 2 high energy kids, but luckily we weren’t in the condo for too long.

We have the most amazing few days here. This condo is so cute and perfect for a family of 4. It is so convenient to everything. We walked to breakfast and dinner almost every day. We highly recommend

Great location!!

We enjoyed our time at Ocean Dunes. The condo was clean and newly updated. The ease of access to the beach and pool was perfect for traveling with 2 kids. The condo is in close proximity (driving distance) to great restaurants, activities for the kids, and shopping. We will be back!

Very nice with excellent location

We especially loved the excellent location. It was a short walk to the beach and a moderate walk to Coligny -- either by sidewalk or by beach. It was so convenient that we didn't even bother renting bikes. The condo was a perfect size for a couple. It was very clean, and the furniture and bed were comfortable. There were two minor flaws, but they were not significant enough for me to downgrade the rating. First, one washrag per person seemed unnecessarily stingy. I realize some don't use them, but I've never heard of anyone re-using a washrag. Towels yes, washrags no. Second, the kitchen was very sparse in terms of basic condiments. We had to go to Target to buy additional washrags, salt, and pepper. However, I highly recommend this place as long as you're willing to pack a few extra items with you.

Good location

Much smaller than it appears in the photos. Better options in the bedroom for unpacking would be nice. Beach chairs provided by the owner were rusty and broken. Woodwork and doors could use a coat of paint

Perfect for 2. Maybe 2 small children too. Location is beautiful. Quick walk to the beach. Not the fanciest place with all the upgrades, but had everything we needed.

Awesome beach view and access

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo is clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and conveniently located. It is a perfect place for a couple. The ocean view from the porch just can’t be beat!

Great location close to coligny sq walking distance to all shops and food

Check in was easy and very clean. They offer chairs for beach which we brought but could of left them home to save space. Very relaxing and quite. Was also walking distance to shops and a 10 min drive to a lot of the restaurants.

Winter Beach get away

The location was great. The bike rentals were within walking distance as was ColignyPlaza. The unit could use a “spring cleaning”. Other than that it was a great place with reasonable rates.

Short notice visit to the beach

This property was perfect for two people. Simple, clean and efficient. Wonderful view of a sunrise without leaving the rocking chairs on the balcony. Extremely easy to walk to the beach. Good small kitchen with all necessities supplied. I give it the thumbs up.

Great location

Nice property. In a nice area. Local shops about a mile a way, easy walk down the beach. Lots of beach stops along the way, restaurants, bar etc. only complaint was the unit needs some very minor updates, shower and tub area was showing it’s age, also the very nice rocking chairs on porch were breaking so we were afraid to use these, wish it had a screen door for fresh air in the winter months. Pool was small and crowded but heated and enjoyable. Very quiet area.

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great stay! Very peaceful, easy to access property. Only one small complaint, the property pool was not cleaned our entire stay and they need to light the path to the beach. I do realize this is not the owner fault, but during Co-vid this is concerning. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks
