what an incredible location! And my contact could not have been more helpful. Super fast responses when I needed to ask a question, and so accomodating. The parking spot is such a great addition to the package - and the beds were so comfy. The location is exactly where we like to stay - and it was so convienant being so close to the beach. I cant wait to come back

As Hoped For and Made For A Great Family Vacation!

Beach just steps away. Surf shops & restaurants within a block of home. Perfect location no need to drive. Kitchen decently stocked. Easy to cook and launder.

Excellent location!

This place was very nice and Simi was wonderful and accommodating!! The house is right next to the access steps down to Cress Beach and walking distance to the many wonderful restaurants! We enjoyed our stay here very much!!

Can't beat the location

Our Laguna Beach vacation is always perfection when we stay in this property. The location, accommodations, and personalized attention from the management is outstanding. We have been back twice and we are already counting the days until next summer!

Wonderful Spring Break Stay

We only stayed 2 nights, but it was so wonderful! I loved the ocean sounds, and steps away from the beach access staircase. VERY close to several great restaurants. Location beautifully decorated and well stocked. Easy to get in / out and communication with owner was fast and informative.

Beach getaway

Great location for being steps away from the beach, restaurants, bar, trolley stop and shops. Great to have a garage parking spot for my car. Easy check in and out.

Home away from home

This is our third stay at Cress Street and it never disappoints. Denise is always available if any issue arises. Amazing location and easy access via trolley to downtown Laguna.

Relaxing Beach Home

Beautiful Beach Home! I would totally stay here again loved hearing the ocean waves all night. Very relaxing walking distance to many restaurants. Very clean. Highly recommended! The host was very responsive and everything went smoothly from booking to check out. Just steps away from the beach!

Classic SoCal!

This is a classic Laguna Beach property in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and the short access to the beach, and it certainly is walkable to downtown for those with good mobility.

Mom/Daughter/DIL/Granddaughter Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is clean, comfortable and excellently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Well equipped with beach chairs and umbrella and kitchen supplies, too. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Check in / check out process was easy. Highly recommend.

Everything you can expect!

This is probably our most favourite rental in Laguna! The location can’t be beat, the property itself is immaculate, they’re always very responsive, great amenities- highly recommend!
