Within walking distance to both the east and west villages of Cambria, adding to the convenience and charm of this exceptional home. Pet-friendly too!
Once you walk up the stairs, you enter the main living area. Recently furnished with new furniture in 2024, including two pull out couches. This level is designed for entertaining! Featuring quartzite countertops, tile and LVP floors, along with exquisite Van Gogh themed art throughout. It offers a spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, breakfast room, and dining room which frames the incredible views. The living room features a cozy fireplace. Shake up a cocktail at the wet bar or enjoy a family night in the game room. This rental is perfect for your next vacation with your family and friends! This home also offers a foosball table, gas BBQ, and smoker. What more could you want!
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, walk-in closet, ocean views and a private deck.
