"Underbar 3 sovrum 3 badrumsgods i södra Ànden av Park Hill, kÀnd som" Seaclift Estates. Bara en kort promenad till Fiscalini Ranch Bluff Trails, tidvattenbassÀngerna och Shamel Park.

Detta vackert inredda, öppna och rymliga hem Àr mycket varmt och inbjudande. Den Àr utformad för att kunna njutas som en grupp, kanske en familjesammantrÀde, för att förbereda lÀckra mÄltider tillsammans och koppla av medan du lyssnar pÄ vÄgorna kraschar nÄgra meter bort. Det stora rummet Àr elegant inredda, med fokuspunkten Àr öppen spis och sittgrupp. Det stora matbordet ligger i nÀrheten och köket slingrar sig runt hörnet för mycket matlagning. Det finns ett underhÄllningsrum utanför köket, dÀr du hittar en platt-TV, DVD-spelare och gott om sittplatser. Soffan dras ut som en sovhytt, och ytterligare ett badrum Àr precis utanför det rummet. Det finns en hÀrlig bakdÀck, med Ranch som din trÀdgÄrd. Se mÄnen stiga över kullen och hjortarna betar, precis bakom huset. Utomhus matbord och stolar Àr perfekta för en grill. Köksfrukostbordet ligger precis bakom en glasdörr med en fantastisk utsikt. Det finns en liten, vackert anlagd beck-gÄrd, bara nÄgra trappor.

BefÀlhavaren svit Àr pÄ övervÄningen pÄ huvudnivÄn, med en dubbelsÀng, öppen spis och lyxigt badkar. Verkligen ett hÀrligt rum att dra sig tillbaka till, med gammal vÀrldsstil, faux-fÀrdiga vÀggar, som en toskansk villa.

One Of The Greats

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For years, we have been renting vacation homes in Cambria, and this is the best one so far. The home is beautiful inside and out. And the kitchen is to die for. You can tell the owners took a lot of pride when building and designing the home. The garage door needs to be serviced because the control panel has a warning come up on the screen whenever it opens. It also has an automatic door close function within 1 minute that I had to turn off since it nearly came down on the rear hatch of my SUV when we were unloading the vehicle. And the 3 TV's in the home were small and outdated. Other than those issues, it was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting the Ocean Ranch Villa and we did so for an entire week and, honestly, could've stayed another three weeks. It's such a lovely and well appointed house with the most beautiful natural light and vaulted ceilings. Our family has been going to Cambria every year for the past 6 years and hope to return to the Ocean Ranch Villa soon! Unbeatable location and the perfect place for a family.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed for a week and did enjoy the home, for the most part. Here are the pros and cons of the property:Pros- Great location - Partial ocean view- Good size for family gathering- Short walk to beach and Fiscalini RanchCons- Smoke detector chirping. Called to replace battery and did not receive a call back. - Dirty windows with bird droppings all over them- Bird droppings all over driveway- Driveway very steep and cars dragged when parking- Tired and dirty furniture- Several of the blinds did not work and could not left/open them- Broken screen - Dirty exterior, including the deck- Hot water did not work on left side sink, in primary bathroom- Twin beds in guest room were credit when sleeping on them

Perfect location. House is a little tired.

The house was in a perfect location for what we wanted to do. It was clean and well stocked. It could use some refreshing- especially the pillows! The front windows were full of bird poop - impacted the view. Cambria is a cute little place and we loved all the trails and access to the trails from the house.

Large home in a wonderful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home, with the Fiscalini nature preserve on one side and a short distance to the ocean on the other, is spectacular. We love the layout of the home. The kitchen is extremely large. And it can sleep our extended family of 7. Some TLC is needed. The furniture upstairs is worn. Some mattresses need attention, especially on the fold-out, as others have noted. There are small issues: one of the bath drain handles does not work, downstairs sinks need regulators, etc. A basic Adirondack chair or two would make the deck more useful. The rental company was great as always.

Fabulous Place

Rented this home for my 70th Birthday. Family came to visit to help me celebrate. The home was lovely and large to accommodate a little celebration. The kitchen is awesome and plenty of room for those of us who were using it to not bump into each other. The bedrooms very comfortable. Slept well. Plenty of linens and the Kitchen has everything you need and then some. The location is the best. The backyard is the Fiscalini Ranch. Across the street is the ocean. Very lovely views. We had a lot of fun going on Fiscalini ranch walks. Shopping in town and dining was great. I was treated with a glass blowing lesson in nearby Harmony. It was fantastic. It was no problem to reach the Management Co. on the one occassion I did. It was an absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful home in such a beautiful town.

Beautiful ocean getaway

My family wanted to spend a week together by the ocean. We were a family of 6, including my 6 year old grand daughter. The home is beautifully setup. There are dishes and cooking paraphernalia a-plenty! We had no problem cooking for ourselves and serving meals when we wanted to. We frequent the area of Cambria often and this property's location is perfect to get to the beach or in town for shopping or dinner. There is also several hiking trails that take you along the coast line or in the hills slightly. Being early June, we saw many spouts and fins in the ocean. Not sure if they were dolphins or whales. I even saw one breach! We plan to return to this property again!

This trip was sad to see how the property has declined. One of the dining chairs was unsafe to sit in. The filters upstairs and downstairs for drinking water didn’t work. The water in the sinks downstairs was flood or none. The downstairs was dusty and caused some allergy issues. The furniture in the family room has seen better days. Carpet in master bedroom is dirty. Landscaping has been neglected. There’s more, but I think you get the point. Sad to say, we will not be back to this property. Location and views are nice, it’s just tired.

The Girls’ Cambria getaway

Cambria is an annual getaway for several of just-us-girls. This year only 3 of us could make it, but it was still fun. Rummicube afternoons, a puzzle going all week. Cooking for just us girls, not picky family. And this house is perfect for all. We set up our puzzle in the Fiscalini view breakfast nook. This house has a giant dining room table. We kept a game of rummicube set up all week on one end, and kept the opposite end for dinners. And cooking in this kitchen is fabulous! It’s equipped almost as good as my own, we rarely want for anything. Each afternoon we take a walk through the Fiscalini Preserve - it starts just a block up from the house, but also runs all behind the house too. Most mornings and afternoons you can sit out on the deck and watch deer, and birds. The front deck is perfect for ocean view cocktails, as is the comfy living room. We do go out shopping, and occasionally enjoy the sights of Cambria, but coming back to this house everyday is such a treat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been coming to Cambria for over 25 years. We even owned a vacation rental on Park Hill for several years. The Ocean Ranch Villa is probably the nicest house we've ever stayed in. We LOVED the HUGE kitchen - it's perfect for Thanksgiving or other holiday gatherings. The location is unbeatable: Ocean views out the front, Fiscalini Ranch views out the back. We love to hike Fiscalini when we visit so this location was extra special for us. The back deck was fantastic. Great place for morning coffee & breakfast - even in February! Although, we always make sure we hit Linn's for breakfast and sweet treats when we're in town. The Friday Farmers' market is great as well! One minor detail that could be improved: It would be great to have a TV in the main living room (connected to the dining area and kitchen). The current location in the small room in the back of the house isn't great for people who like to curl up on the couch in the evenings with a nice fire in the fireplace and a movie. We would happily stay here again any time!

Peaceful getaway

The home was comfortable for our family. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with 2 twin beds) a full bath and a large laundry room. Upstairs-living area, kitchen, a spacious primary suite, den/tv room with its own bathroom and another 1/2 bath outside of the primary bedroom. The views from the living area were beautiful, particularly at sunset. The morning light and views of Fiscalini were wonderful from the breakfast table and rear deck, so peaceful! We enjoyed our stay!

Elegant property with sea view

A very large and elegant home in a beautiful neighborhood. Well supplied for any and all needs. Sea views from livingroom and master bedroom. Easy access to Fiscalinni Ranch walking trails. Even saw otter and whale spouts from the cliff trail.

Beautiful Oceanview Home

View incredible, but arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms inconvenient for 3 people. Downstairs queen bedroom very noisy from water pipes being audible when any water being used. Thermostat not functioning due to lack of batteries. Double doors to deck on second floor wide open when we arrived.

Great Home, But A Little Loving Care Is Needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I really liked the home overall, but I feel a little constructive critique is warranted. A beautiful and spacious home. Large living area, but in order to watch TV, you have to go into a small dark bedroom made into a family room to watch the TV. Would have been nice to have the TV in the actual living area. All the furniture was old. Not worn, but well used. We are in our 70's and found it hard to get out of the chairs and sofas because they were so low and soft. The mattresses in the bedroom with the 2 singles were really soft and the mattress in the other downstairs bedroom was rock hard. Master bed was fine. There was a leaky faucet in the master bath and one of the light switches was hot to the touch. Possible problem.All that being said, I would rent this place again because of the location and the fact that is was very clean and well stocked with anything you needed.

Wonderful Home

This house is fully prepared for families who want to grill and/or cook. Pots, pans and utensils were all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the place. One tiny suggestion would be to replace the 2 twin beds with a single queen or king bed.

Gorgeous house in an ideal setting

Foodies’ Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th spring, staying at this gorgeous property. I honestly look forward to it as my home away from home - except I don’t have a spectacular central California Pacific Ocean view at home. As foodies, we love cooking in the extremely well equipped kitchen, fair warning, pans are what you’d expect in a vacation kitchen, but otherwise, every baking dish you could want, the same kitchen appliances I have at home, sans a food processor, a huge selection of kitchen tools, and 3 different lovely sets of china to serve our dinner on. Great views, especially now that one rather unattractive tall shrub has been trimmed down to give a much better ocean view. That back yard faces on the Fiscalini Preserve, so you can often see wildlife in the morning, while enjoying your coffee on the rear deck. We spent a good half hour watching a pregnant deer graze right outside the breakfast nook window one morning. This house has comfortable bedrooms, with very nice linens and it’s always spotless. We cook, but if you’ve never stayed in Cambria, there are lots of lovely places to dine out (we always enjoy at least one lunch at Las Cambritas!) We always visit the antique stores, and this year was a treat, as I found several items I couldn’t do without. My gallery shopping found a birthday present for my sis, and a thank you gift for a friend, so this year’s trip to Cambria was exceptional!

Great for family gatherings!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location. Big house, lots of room! Wonderfully large kitchen that can accommodate any size family.
