We loved our stay here. We had a group of eight - two couples in their 50s, my daughters (in their 20s) and their boyfriends. The younger folks stayed in the lower level, If you plan on spending time floating / kayaking on the river and you like the idea of a house that's easily walkable into downtown Guerneville this would be a great spot for you. There's a great, very large deck off of the top floor with lots of seating options

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay . The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed to have a great time . The host is very gracious and on top of everything you need .

Great Venue

All of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Lots of room and privacy for everyone. The property is well kept and this spot in the river is like a lake.Very scenic.

The house and the location was amazing! The home was equipped with everything including kayaks/intertubes for the river and games to enjoy! The host was great in communication and made things so easy! Definitely staying here again!

Super comfortable setup. Harman was a good communicator about some issues that did not impact our stay. The hottub setup is really nice and would definately be happy to stay again!

This was a comfortable and beautiful property. It's actually undersold in the description. The yard and views from the deck were beyond picturesque. The whole family loved our stay. We made use of all of the fun amenities: kayaks, inflatables, ping pong, pickleball, badminton, foosball, hot tub, outdoor grill and great TV screens for watching the World Cup, Harman, the host, was great with all communications, before, during and after our stay. Everything was very user friendly. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens and towels. The river and trees made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Very fine stay i

This very nicely updated gone on the Russian River gave our family group a wonderful week together with daily kayaking and paddleboarding from the dock on the property. Heavenly view from the huge deck.

Great Property

Great riverfront property that's a short walk to downtown and has a little neighborhood playground nearby. It rained our entire stay, so we relaxed in the hot tub, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, made a fire in the living room, and read and played games.

Loved the big beautiful outdoor patio with comfy seating and relaxing view. We had meals outside and enjoyed morning coffee enjoying nature. The home was very dog friendly with a dog bed and food/water bowls. Thanks. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The living room was inviting with its sectional sofa making it perfect to enjoy conversations and play with our 7-month old grandson. Beautiful home for family gatherings. Would highly recommend.

Great communication from Harman! The house was a lovely setting on the river and plenty of room to host our family for Thanksgiving. The weather didn't cooperate so we were forced to spend lots of time by the fire(True Value or Sonoma Landscape are the best spots to get firewood). The hot tub was great to also warm up. We didn't get to enjoy the huge deck but in the summer it would be an amazing spot to hang out! Town was very walkable, right across the bridge. Beds were super comfy. 4 Stars as the kitchen was a struggle with warped floor from water damage, faulty dishwasher, and very outdated/tired cabinets but Harman said it was scheduled for a remodel soon which would give it that extra star and I would definitely return in the summer!

I stayed at this property with several friends for a weekend of cycling and we greatly enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and river access after long days of biking. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is seating and room to have big group meals inside or on the deck. It's a lovely property and you can walk to town in 10 min. For a closer meal, Hot Box BBQ was excellent.I also want to add that this property is amazingly equipped for a family (I left my kids at home since we were exclusively on a cycling trip). The house is chocked full of stuff for kids: tons of indoor games, books, outdoor & river games/toys. My two sons would have loved this rental... in fact, I may book it again for my family.
