Detta är din drömlägenhet på viken!
Ligger på 11: e våningen, en totalrenovering, utan kostnad sparas! Helt nya skåp i kök och bad, bänkskivor i granit, alla nya rostfria köksapparater, 100% nya möbler med alla nya madrasser och fjädrar, 4 nya platt-TV, DVD-spelare .... du får idén! Fiesta ware, kokkärl för kokkärl och all utrustning du behöver för att laga så bekvämt och effektivt som hemma, om så önskas.

Den privata balkongen är 12 x 24 och har ett nytt bord med bekväma stolar och 2 schäslonger - verkligen ett annat bostadsområde med fantastisk utsikt över stranden. Njut av morgonpapperet och en kopp kaffe i paradiset, eller koppla av medan solen går ner på en annan vacker dag på stranden.

Masterbadet har en helkaklad dusch snarare än en badkar / duschkombination. Gästbadet har badkar och duschkombo, men med en ny sida vid sida. Alla nya sängkläder är redo och väntar!

Det första gäst sovrummet har två queen sängar med underbara alla nya sängkläder, och en 22 "platt-TV och DVD-spelare ovanpå ett mediecenter. Det 2: a gäst sovrummet har en extra queen size-säng, också med lyxiga nya sängkläder, media center med 22 "platt-TV och DVD-spelare.

Det stora sovrummet kommer att glädja dig med sin king size-säng, 42 "platt-TV med DVD-spelare, eleganta möbler och fantastisk utsikt över bukten genom glasreglagen som når balkongen.

Vardagsrummet erbjuder en otrolig utsikt över bukten genom reglagen, tillgång till balkongen, en 52 "smart platt-TV, DVD-spelare och stereoljudstångssystem med Bluetooth. Du hittar filmer, böcker och brädspel till hands att njuta av. Med gratis WiFi kan du hålla dig så uppkopplad som du väljer att vara! Matbordet har sex bekvämt, med ytterligare sittplatser för 2 vid den intilliggande bänkskivan i granit.

Fabulous Condo in a Great Location

We loved staying in this condo. The kitchen was well appointed with all of the accessories we could need for cooking/preparing our beach lunches and snacks! My kids both raved about the queen beds and how comfortable they were. The only issues we had were not with the condo, but the building itself. Only one elevator was working all week. My husband got stuck inside it on our last day there as we were loading up to leave. (11 flights of stairs with luggage is NOT a fun way to end a vacation!) One evening, we completely lost water for a little while. Overall, we would stay here again. I hope the building management changes before we come back again!

Shrimp Festival Vacation

We were in town for our annual Shrimp Festival trip. The accommodations were clean and convenient to everything. The hosts are excellent. We had a question and they answered immediately. No complaints at all. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the deck at the end of the day, listening to the ocean. Comfortable beds.

Best Family Vacation!

We had the best time! We loved this condo. The check in/check out process was so easy. Before we arrived to the condo we purchased our parking tickets. The host was great about communication. The condo was in a great location and a short walk to the beach. We will be back!!

Beautiful Orange Beach

We loved the beach and the area. The balcony gives a beautiful view of the ocean. The only downfall was the construction going on at the time of our stay.

Beach Getaway

Our family of seven enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as pictured and very well kept. Everything we needed was near by. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the large balcony and watching the waves and even dolphins!

Great condo

We will definitely return. Everything was as pictured, easy check in/check out process, clean, and everything you’d need for beach trip already there. Very well stocked kitchen. Best part for us was the large balcony with VERY comfortable patio furniture.

"Spacious condo with wonderful views, close to shopping, restaurants, and various attractions."

Quality time

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo right on the beach. The view from the balcony was a daily ritual. The quality time this condo allowed for our family to be together sharing life was priceless.

Our Yearly Beach Trip

Every year this same week, my husband has a chiefs conference in Orange Beach. We have always made it our family vacation. Our girls are grown up now but we still meet at the beach for family time. This was the perfect place for that! We had a great week!

We are from Cajun Country in Louisiana with 3 grown children. We love to have a good time and we love to vacation in Orange Beach. We have busy schedules and the beach is our favorite place to get away and relax.

We love the Laid Back lifestyle of Orange Beach. Windward Pointe is a beautiful, well kept property with great amenities, and the location is in the heart of everything. The State Park/Back Country Trails is across the street and has incredible walking and biking trails and bridges through beautiful wetlands. The boating is also the best around.

We chose this property after a year of researching Florida and Alabama. It has a large balcony and room for our 3 children and friends. It is totally renovated, new furniture, bedding and amenities. It is so relaxing and centrally located. The laid back lifestyle of Orange Beach is just perfect with so many activities to do.
