The area is packed with family-friendly activities, from water sports and beach outings to nearby parks and entertainment options. If you're looking for relaxation or adventure, our house offers the best of both worlds. Experience resort-style living in a serene retreat featuring a heated saltwater pool, a screened lanai, and a beautifully landscaped backyardâa private paradise that invites you to unwind. Surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful tall palm trees, this tranquil oasis offers the perfect setting to relax. Enjoy a book on the shaded patio, sip your morning coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of the breeze and birds, or simply find a peaceful moment in nature. Whether lounging by the pool or grilling with friends and family, this backyard is a haven of beauty and calm.
Ideally located near Naples and just 12 minutes from Mercato, youâll have upscale dining and designer boutiques at your fingertips. Explore pristine nearby beaches like Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, Naples Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Marco Island, and moreâeach offering its own unique slice of paradise.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
We want you to fully enjoy the luxury and comfort of staying in our home, so we do not charge extra to heat the pool or for the use of the outdoor grill and griddle. It is all part of ensuring you have the best experience possible. We simply ask that our guests clean them after every use, and if the propane tanks run out, we kindly request that you refill them. To get our first guests started, we've provided two full propane tanks.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book the beach house. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guarding during their stay.
