Welcome to your cozy oasis in Oakley, California! This serene retreat features a beautifully landscaped yard, perfect for relaxation and recreation. Dive into the refreshing pool or shoot some hoops on the private basketball court, all while enjoying the peaceful ambiance of your surroundings. Experience the perfect blend of leisure and entertainment in your own backyard paradise!
Before requesting a reservation, please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I`m entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances.
Please DON`T throw anything in the toilet to prevent clogging. We have trashcans and trash bags available in the house.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE PLEASE.
PARTIES WITH LOUD MUSIC AND DRINKING NOT ALLOWED
Cleaning Rules:
Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and TAKING OUT THE TRASH the night before the trash day.
Early check-in is based on availability.
If the home is ready, complimentary check-in at 2:30 PM may be possible. Any earlier than that would be $100 for early access.
Late check-out also depends on availabilityâplease let us know in advance.
Check-out is complimentary until 10:30 AM. If you`d like to extend until 12:00 PM, there is a $100 fee to help expedite cleaning.
We provide basic supplies, if you need more let us know.
We have a Tesla port only, no actual charger cord, by the driveway
Please do not touch pool equipment. Let us know if you want to heat the pool and Jacuzzi.
$250/day to heat the pool
jacuzzi Free for 4 hrs, beyond that will cost $150 extra
Maintenance schedule:
-Gardener every Monday morning around 7:30am
-Pond guy every other Wednesday
-Pool guy every Tuesday/Wednesday
