Huvudnivån har en drottning sovrum med platt-TV, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, privat badrum med marmor dusch, och privat lägre skärmad i veranda. På övervåningen finns ett rymligt vardagsrum med wrap around soffa, plattskärms-TV, kök kök med kompakt kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och halv badrum.

Weekend Get Away

We came for a weekend away after a hectic beginning of the year. This was the perfect location! Walk out to the beach, walk into town, and a quick drive to any other area along 30A. The cottage was perfect for us, easy check in and communication with hosts, easy check out. The perfect deck was amazing for getting breakfast to go and enjoying out there. Same for watching sunsets. This was the best!!

Another great Seaside trip

Location is excellent, but About Time needs some attention

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THis cottage--About Time--is in an excellent location! So close to everything. The balcony over-looking the beach/ocean is one of the best things about it. THe table & chairs and the railings need some work--they are falling apart.THe closets are short,so if you have long dresses or men's jackets, they don't fit.The window air conditioner in the bedroom is VERY noisy--every time it kicks on, it wakes you up.I also had a 2-inch cockroach crawl across my face one night. I swept it away--jumped out of bed to grab my phone light to find it. It was under my pillow. I captured it with toilet paper and smashed it--those suckers are hard to kill!Had to buy additional hangers for room and kleenex for each bath, because those weren't provided.I like the cottages because of their location, but I'll pick a different one next time.

Great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: About Time was a great cottage. It is a small one bedroom with 2 stories so be prepared to go up and down stairs a lot. If that is a problem then this is not the cottage for you. We really enjoyed it. The cottage was clean and housekeeping was great with bringing more towels. There were some ants in the bedroom on bottom floor but not that it was a nuisance. The view was wonderful and it is right next to the beach access.

Peaceful Getaway

This little gem was in the perfect location with the perfect views! My husband and I loved being able to view the ocean as we sipped our coffee in the morning and our wine at night.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took a 10 year anniversary trip here by ourselves. We loved the location and design of the About Time cottage and we love Seaside! This cottage was in mediocre condition, and we were slightly disappointed. The bathroom cabinet had some kind of black dusty substance stained on it, the towel rack was broken, and the place just needed some general maintenance. There is no washer/dryer which we knew ahead of time, but there was a space in the “closet” where they used to be. It was crowded with a shelf, cleaning supplies, etc making the space completely unusable. There was not a place to hang full length clothes because of this. To top off our stay, the place was infested with ants. Not just a few here and there, they were everywhere. We were given some Raid spray to help, but it did nothing to solve the issue. It was explained that there had been an abnormal amount of rain which makes pest issues worse. I get that, but this was not just a small issue. It needed several treatments back to back in order to get rid of them. We were given a discount because of our experience which we very much appreciate. We were just hoping for a better overall experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is always good to us- even if it rains. This is one of our favorite honeymoon cottages we have stayed at. The swing on the porch with view of the beach was one of our favorite spots to be. It is steps from the beach entrance. There wasn’t a washer and dryer so heads up on that.

September getaway

Reviewer Comments: I feel like the property could be better taken care of especially for the price. The full bath had mold around the shower door, the couch in the living room was covered in stains and sugar ants in the kitchen. There was a temporary window AC unit taped into a bedroom window as well. I’m not sure I would stay here again even with the home’s great views and location based on its overall condition.

Downstairs air conditioner not working so a window unit was installed. Downwards was humid. Ants in kitchen. Loved this unit last stay but some issues to be resolved. No outdoor shower or hose the rinse off after beach. Great location but a bit some issues to be resolved.

Location,Location!

This was our first stay in Seaside and this property was perfect. We wanted to rest and relax and the porch checked all the boxes; it was wonderful, with a straight view of the beach. We will be back.

This was our third time to Seaside and probably our favorite cottage! It felt like a home away from home and Homeowner's Collection helped make that possible! The cottage was beautiful and made for an easy comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and beautiful which isn't always easy to come by! We appreciate the attention Homeowner's Collection provides their guests!

A stay for two

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute little house, right next to the boardwalk (which was beautiful itself) .. There were photographers there every night taking family photos.. The beach here is stunning, clear water and white soft sands.. Staff on the beach was friendly. The lower porch is very secluded and there is a lot of nice landscaping with thick canopies. We enjoyed our time inside, although it took us forever to find the source of a faint beeping noise that never stopped. (A motion activated trash can). It wasn’t emaculate there, a few stains here and there and dust, but nothing to cry about. And the bed was so comfy. You’re also welcomed with a bottle of wine and a lovely beach bag for your stay. I’d come back here for sure and would recommend this little gem.You’re also in walking distance of a lot of shops and a variety of food. It seems a lot of families ride their bikes to get around, and we were offered two free bikes as well for our time here.

“About Time” owners (need to) renovate and upgrade worn amenities

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Homeowner’s Collection was great to work with; professional, smooth communication, and the unit was ready early. Although HC did a great job cleaning the unit as best as possible, the owners need to renovate and replace worn out/broken amenities. Granted, sand is like sandpaper on floors and carpeting and can’t be avoided, but there were large, multiple stains on couches, gross brown stain on porch swing (the other side was torn and ripped), two bedroom dressers that had rusted drawers so we had to line them with plastic grocery bags so we didn’t ruin our clothes. The dryer knob was broken so we couldn’t control the heat. Advertised as a beautiful Seaside rental, but the condition didn’t live up to what was expected based upon the description and marketing pictures. Bathroom(s) and mini kitchen were in great shape. The first time in approximately 15 visits to Seaside over the years where we ran into a unit in such poorly maintained condition. There are too many weekly rentals along the 19 mile stretch of 30A to choose a unit that is poorly maintained by owners.

"At Last" was an Anniversary Paradise

The place is in a great location in proximity to the beach and the town. The deck is great to sit on and look out over the ocean. The unit is adequate and cozy. The bed is little small. The fridge is a little small and struggled to keep things cool. The utensils in the kitchen need restockng there was only 1 small spoon to stir with for coffee. A few roaches and other bugs noticed during the week.
