We are a retired couple from the S.F. Bay Area . I was a realtor and Ric was a builder. We have travelled extensively and the big island called to us as a place to spend more time. As longtime short term rental hosts in the Bay Area we decided to create a space of our own in Hilo. We as traveler's always enjoy vacation rentals that are clean, comfy and affordable . We hope that our Hilo condo will be that place for you when you visit !
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The Hilo side of the island is the wet side , which means itâs tropical and lush. The access to the bay ocean is so easy and safe . Carl Smith park is literally right out our back door. An amazing spot for protected swimming ( there is a lifeguard), barbecuing, exploring the lagoons , floating We are close to downtown Hilo with access to restaurants, shopping and cultural events.

It is on the top floor of our building which provides for privacy , vaulted ceilings and a view that is expansive and tropical. It so easy to wile a way the hours just relaxing and enjoying the view.
