Great location and very pet-friendly

We loved the 5 minute drive to the dog beach upthe road! Also very nice park just a few blocks away that is easy to walk to. Grocery store just 5 minute drive away.

Great Stay in Morro Bay

Thanks for a wonderful time in Morro Bay! The house was amazing - very clean and welcoming! Loved the sea-themed decor which made it very homey. The kids loved the downstairs bedroom with bunk beds and it was nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. Ian was great and easy to work with. The home's location was great. Very quiet and close to the beach. This was our first vacation with our new dog Autumn and she seemed to love the home as well. We would definitely look to stay at this home again when we are traveling to the Central Coast.

Adorable Beach House

The house was absolutely adorable. It was very cozy and comfy. The beach was just minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. One minor complaint would be entry access. After I entered my code I would turn the knob counter clockwise but it wouldn’t click to open so I had to try a few times to get it to open.

A clean, comfortable place to stay in Morro Bay

The property in Morro Bay met my needs while traveling to visit family in the area with 3 adults including myself , 3 children (7, 4, and 1.5 years old) and 1 sleepy small dog. I feel like we had plenty of room and could make meals easily in the roomy well stocked kitchen. Use of the garage was a handy place to help staging the loading and unloading of luggage, toddler items and foodstuffs from the two vehicles we parked in the driveway. Although we did not need the washer and dryer for our short visit it was good to know it was available. One feature I did not expect was being able to hear the rumbling of the ocean at night when weather conditions permitted opening of the windows. This property will be my first choice for the next time I need to rent a vacation home in Morro Bay.

Fantastic Location to all of Morro Bay, SLO, Pismo. Split level property so families can have multiple places to stay and the main floor is spacious to have the whole family all together. Pet friendly property so you can include your fur babies as well.

Over all the house was great. Great location. House is pet friendly so there is dog hair on all the couches. Woke up to black aunts on the counter tops, had to put all food in the fridge or kitchen table.

Husband’s birthday weekend!!

The house was beautifully, decorated, and well stocked with everything you could think of!! we stayed for four days with our three young children and our dog!! there’s a park nearby two blocks away beautiful park!! We’ll definitely stay again!!

Dog friendly!

Nice place and definetly dog friendly. Backyard is completely enclosed but it is a small yard with dirt as a base so it is good that the carpet is old and a bit spotty from previous dogs.

Comfortable and clean, very nice

It was like staying over at a friend's house- all the glases, spices, utensils were right there. Very confortable. Front door lock was broken, but other than that it was all good.

Graduation celebration

The perfect location for a family weekend to celebrate graduation. This house is spacious and clean, walkable to the beach and a 15 min drive from campus. The hosts are super communicative and helpful and everything was fantastic. Highly recommend

Such a lovely home

What a lovely, spacious and comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked (which is important to me). Appreciate that it was dog friendly. Beds were super comfy. Property manager was super helpful when we had a minor check in issue. It was clean and well stocked.

House perfectly fit our needs!

We had such an enjoyable stay! We were able to cook great meals the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed! The beach was 2 mins away for us to take our dogs and easy cleaning with a hose in the backyard. Defiantly will stay here again!

Great stay in Morro Bay!

Clean, well stocked kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Nice location for jaunts to the dog beach or city park. Enjoyed sunsets on the balcony. Great stay!

so relaxing and fun

This is a spacious and well-equipped house in a low key, pretty neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied with functional appliances and knives that were sharp! The patio grill was great. It was nice being out of downtown, and the neighbors were really friendly. pleasant walk to local coffee shop and very friendly for dogs.

Spring Break Family Fun

The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. Location was perfect, closed to beach, downtown and quiet. Our family is a party of 8 but everybody has his own space to relax. We would definitely come visit again.
