This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms, and a full size sleeper sofa in three-season room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a chaise chair, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a cable TV.

This home includes a half bathroom and two full bathrooms, one with a single vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, the second with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
· Washer and dryer in home.
· Driveway parking for 4 vehicles.
· The outdoor fire pit is gas-powered and not suitable for cooking, including s’mores or any other food.
· This home is equipped with two 2 external security cameras: (1) located at the front of the house and actively monitoring the driveway, and (2) located at the back of the house and actively monitoring the marsh.
