Beläget på Ocean Ave tvärs över gatan från Moody Beach strax norr om Ogunquit Beach. Nyrenoverade 3000 kvadratmeter hem funktioner 3 mycket stora sovrum 2 nyrenoverade badrum och ett uppdaterat kök med gott om utrymme hela. Den första våningen består av ett öppet koncept vardagsrum och kök med nya rostfria vitvaror, ett matbord på plats åtta och en penisula med plats för tre, ett badrum, tvättstuga och ett sovrum bestående av 2 queen size-sängar, en platt-TV och ett däck framifrån tillsammans med gott om garderob och förvaringsutrymme. Den andra våningen har en andra matplats för att rymma 4-6, ett andra vardagsrum med plattskärms-TV och gott om sittplatser. Det finns också ett annat badrum och ett sovrum som har en king size-säng med en stor garderob, sittgrupp, gott om förvaring och ett annat däck med vacker utsikt över Moody Beach. Den tredje våningen är ett mycket stort sovrum som består av tre våningssängar gott om förvaring och vacker havsutsikt, denna våning är öppen loft stil med utsikt över andra våningen vardagsrum. Det finns också en ny utedusch, stor däck med gasgrill tillsammans med uteservering från första våningen vardagsrum. alla möbler är nya hela.

We had an amazing time, house was fantastic and communication with the owner was easy. The house was clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed...and the location cannot be beat. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great location!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! With 3 young children, we were easily able to make the short walk to the beach! The home was spacious for our family and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the back deck and sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony in the evenings.

Great location in proximity to the beach. House had everything we needed including separate space for 3 teenage girls to hang out in their own lounging space. Although this unit has another unit attached we never heard any noise from the other side. Jill was great to work with and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful Moody Beach

Jill and Brian could not have been more perfect hosts. The house was a perfect place to spend a family vacation and house quite a few people. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need and it is a five minute walk to the beach, which could not make it more perfect beach vacation.

Perfect family place

We were a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children), and this house had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. The place has enough space for each family to have its own privacy and yet share moments together. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room, the living room and the patio were very much appreciated. We absolutly recommand this well designed and bright beach house.

Excellent family beach getaway

We had a wonder time at this property! Jill was very responsive and helpful to ensure we had what we needed. Public beach access just a short walk away and the beach was fabulous. There were “private beach” signs posted in front of several houses so be aware where you put your stuff down (we had a man let us know we were sitting on private property but we could stay just to ‘respect the beach’). Other than that day no issues and we loved it. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home near Moody Beach

This house is perfect for a big family. There is plenty of space for everyone. The location can't be better : just a 2 minutes walk from the beach. The owner is very fast to answer when you have a request or an information to ask. Two adults slept in the upper bedroom and found the beds too noisy and uncomfortable. Besides this downside, we highly recommand this house.

First time at Moody Beach

The property itself was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the top floor bunk room - it's enormous and very cool at night. This house gets some great ocean breezes pretty much all day and night making for a very comfortable house. All of the bedrooms are huge - the photos do not do these rooms justice. Beach access is a 2 minute walk but technically Moody Beach is "private" - meaning you'd have to own or rent property on the beach itself. We didn't have any issues with people complaining and we spent 3 days on the beach before we saw the actual sign. Overall the location is lot quieter than Wells Beach up the road so if you don't mind the "private beach" gray area, I highly recommend this location!

Excellente maison pour des vacances familiales, 2 salles de séjour, grandes chambres, multiples lits, grandes fenêtres. Toutes les commodités. Propreté impeccable. Non loin du Public way pour la plage, environ 6 maisons. Propriétaire accessible en tout temps. Thank you Jill.

Fantastic!!!

I could not love this property more! Short walk to the beach. Not much driving. We saved so much money just buying groceries and eating in. Ocean view from 2nd and 3rd floor. Plenty of space to get some quiet time if you’re with a large group. Jill was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!!!

Great Location!

Great location! Very short walk to the beach. Beach is quiet, not busy and crammed like Ogunquit when it's high tide. House is very accommodating for our 3 families. Wonderful decks to sit out on to eat or relax . Short drive to anything you need.

Lovely property, very responsive host. The barbecue grill was rusted out and they offered to replace it right away. Absolutely loved the second floor deck. Used it all the time. The only reason I wouldn't stay again is that I have severe lung disease and only the bedrooms are air conditioned. We were lucky that the weather was fine for us to just open windows and have fans on. The beds in the downstair bedrooms and second floor bedrooms were great but my 28 yo daughter found that the bunk beds on the third floor were pretty uncomfortable. Probably fine for child. Overall, would recommend this property if ac isn't an issue. Love Moody beach

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay at Jill’s house. We were two families with toddlers, so proximity to the beach was a must. The house was spacious enough for both families, we also enjoyed the balconies to hang out and the multiple bedrooms. We will come back for sure!

Beautiful beach house

A spacious well kept home, just off Moody beach in Wells that met all and exceeded most of our expectations. Just an overall great experience with a responsive owner just a text away should questions arise. My family of 5, plus 2 grandparents, found the home clean and well appointed. The walk to the beach short and painless (not always our experience in Wells/Ogunquit where we’ve stayed numerous times). And we had plenty of space between the multiple living rooms and decks that you could congregate together or have quiet time on your own indoors or outdoors. Overall a very nice place to stay and one we’ll likely revisit in the future.

Best Location - We love Moody Beach!

The location was exactly what we needed. We have a 3 year old and 1 year old, so being close enough from the beach to *walk* back to the house for naps, lunch, forgotten items (so many when a toddler needs all their possessions) was KEY without packing up and driving the entire family around. Moody beach is gorgeous (the only thing to be aware of is at high tide the beach is very small, depending when that falls when you stay) but at low tide or anything leading up to, OH MY! Might be my fav place on earth. The street is gorgeous, the house was perfect for our needs (and spacious to invite more family), Jill was AMAZING as a host, and being geographically between Kennebunkport and OQT we did lots of day trips. Highly, highly recommend!
