Excellent location with the best view in Pismo, and easy two minute walk to beach access. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend. We will be back

Great space and views close to DT Pismo

My friends and family greatly enjoyed our stay. Lots of stairs, but the fact that it was so close to downtown and the beach allowed us to just walk to enjoy everything Pismo had to offer. Comfy beds, happy to the two bathrooms.

Great Beach Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to Pismo. Very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The roof top seating area and view were great. Absolutely would stay here again.

Better location than expected

The location of this property was incredible. I worked from the kitchen table all week enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. The house was very comfortable and easy to access.

Great Views

Very nice, close to the beach. We enjoyed looking out at the beach from the great room, and also the 360 view from the 'crows nest' at the top. Very friendly people to check in and check out with.

Great location

2nd time we have stayed, great view and location! No car needed. Weather was perfect. Only comment, middle bedroom, decorated nicely, but mattress is a bit soft in the middle.

Ideal location

Great views of beach from every room. Morning coffee on the roof top deck is the way to start ones day !!! Walk everywhere downtown. Wonderful to bring fresh crab home.

A successful shot in the dark

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having never been to Pismo before we weren't sure where to stay. This place was a winner. So close to the beach, parking, completely outfitted. The barbecue needs to be cleaned, and the roof deck chairs are losing their seats. But aside from those two items, the condo was perfect for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, tastefully decorated, very comfortable. Highly recommend! The only two drawbacks are parking in the garage (tight) I’d recommend bringing smaller vehicles. And you might have to wait up to 30 days to get your security deposit back. Mine only took two weeks.

The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals during our stay, and it was obvious the owners had taken pains to think of all the things their guests might need. The beds were extremely comfortable; the linens - bedding and towels - were all high quality and plentiful. We availed ourselves of the washing machine and dryer during our stay since we stayed for over a week. Everything, again, was fantastic. And the views, location, were unparalleled for an enjoyable, perfect Pismo retreat. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean and has all your needs

Our family stayed here during a corgi beach day weekend and had a great time. The place is clean and comfortable with great views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you are looking to park in the garage, it will be a real challenge with a mid to large SUV. The drive isle is so small and tight we just ended up parking on the street. If you want to get your steps in, this is the place. You will have to lug your luggage/food/drinks or whatever you bring up a flight of stairs to get into the condo, and then another flight and a half of stairs to get to the living and kitchen area. It was a nice stay, but I would probably find a single story next time. Also, in the description of this unit under Amenities under "Climate" it says heat. They should also add a line item that says " no cooling or air conditioning". The weekend we happen to visit was by all means not typical as temperatures were in the 90's, however it would have been nice to have air conditioning as it didn't cool down until sunset. But overall this is a real nice place.
