Welcome to The Coral Reef! Are you ready to be WOWED? As soon as you step through our door you will be embraced by our bright cheerful colors and comfortable accommodations. We have taken every measure to make your time with us special. Whether you want to sit back, relax or you’re ready to have some fun, our home is just right for you. Just inside you will be welcomed into our great room, which houses our beautiful, modern kitchen that will make anyone want to sit down and share a meal whether you’re cooking or ordering in. Or you can cuddle up on one of our comfy couches and enjoy a movie night. Long trip? Ready for a good night’s sleep? No problem. We have 4 bedrooms for you to choose from. 2 King en-suites, 1 queen room and 1 amazing bunk room, that houses an L shaped bunk bed combo with two twin bunks and a full size bottom. The bunk room is home to our Arcade game that has over 100 games. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own Smart TV. Don’t want to stay inside, no problem. We are a short 6 miles from the beach. But our backyard oasis might just keep you home. Take a swim in our new pool/swim spa combo or catch some rays on one of our comfy lounge chairs. Use the grill and enjoy a meal in our beautifully designed outdoor eating area, under the covered pergola. Sit by the fire and enjoy some time catching up with friends and family. Play one of our many outdoor games or even work on your short game on our putting green. No matter what you choose to do, we are certain our home will provide you with all you need to make lasting memories.

Guests have full access to the entire house. We have a few owners closets that are locked and labeled.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

This is a free trolley that goes up and down Anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes.
There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE!

Download the "mystop" app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times.

If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle.

Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone's safety.

These cameras are located by the front doors and around the back of the house. Cameras are in all 4 corners of the house (OUTSIDE ONLY).

They will record audio and video.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.
1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. Parking: parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Thursday. Please take the recycling and/or trash can to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.

9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
