Make yourself at home in this chic 2-bedroom beach retreat. This superb condo is on the third level and features an adjustable firm tempur-pedic queen bed in the master. 2 full bathrooms with one being en-suite with radiant heated flooring. This cozy space is perfect for a relaxing getaway to 2 set of couples or a small family of 4. High ceilings and remote controlled blinds to a beautiful view of the pacific ocean, perfect to gaze over a fiery cotton candy sunset or set the mood; turn the electric fireplace on and watch rain poor over the pacific! Beach access just steps away from the front door and full size BBQ grill to enjoy some outdoor cooking on a sunny day!

Our third floor condo enjoys wonderful ocean views & lots of light. Fall asleep comfortably to the sound of the waves outside your windows! The vaulted ceilings and high windows allow for that natural light to come in and brighten up the space!

Nearby Tennis Courts, or ask us to set up a beach volleyball game! Basketball courts, walking trails, lagoon, birds, whale & dolphin watching & more.
Pickle-ball is on the rise! Visit our guest services office for free sports equipment available for renter use. We have equipment ranging from tennis rackets, basket balls, volleyballs, and more! Our office is on site with full service teams to assist you with anything that may come up during your stay. We also have a Gift Store with groceries, beer & wine, sundries and souvenirs and more. We had the pleasure of staying in the beautiful fully renovated condo.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our own meals, and the beds and linens were very comfortable making for a great night sleep. The high back chair set with attached table out on the balcony was very comfortable and made for great views of the ocean and sunsets.We would love to stay their again in the future, if it's available.Thank You!

The views here are amazing. Furniture outdated. No garbage cans in the bathrooms, no nightstand next to one side of the master bed, missing a blind in the master bedroom, which made it difficult to sleep in.

Two days out of the 11 days, we saw whales slapping their tails and blowing mist from their blow holes! The beach was 50 feet away from the structure of the condo. When you came back from the beach, there was a shower to wash off. Loved the office had boogie boards you could sign out as well as outside game gear. The only downside was no blackout shades so television watching was at a minimum which probably was a blessing in disguise. This only meant we had to pay more attention to the whales and go to different attractions. The Monterey zoo is about 35 miles away. The Monterey aquarium is about 30 miles away and the otter’s at Moss Landing were 20 miles from condo.

The unit was beautiful. Everything was new and high-end. The best part, of course, was the stunning view from the panoramic windows and the availability of the balcony with an adjacent view. (we found the wind was calm in the morning and picked up in the afternoon. We did not spend as much time on the balcony as we had planned because of the wind.Pajaro Dunes is ideal for those of us who want to be immersed in nature and away from the hustle and bustle of more commercial establishment that provide restaurants and similar amenities.We got lucky, and because of my husband‘s endless viewing of the ocean, we got to see Whales a couple times. We walked as long as we would wish in both directions of the endless beach.A couple of small issues – – a couple of the blinds wouldn’t go up and down, we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the coffee maker or adjust the lights. They are high-end and sometimes works and sometimes didn’t. But, luckily, we could turn off the lights in the bedroom. And we could not get the stove top/range to work in order to make our pasta. But my husband was creative in using the microwave. TheStaff were very responsive and would’ve been happy to send someone to help us operate these different items. But we did not want to interrupt our stay in this way.None of these issues affected the quality of our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The setting couldn’t be better! Highly recommended!

There were a couple of things, the electrical plugs in the second bedroom didn't work, and we had alot of trouble trying to get the stove and oven working. We got the streaming part of the tv working but never the cable, even with help from maintenance. We needed a lot more instructions. But the home is beautiful and we had a great stay and will be back to Pajaro
