Vacation like no other in this gorgeous re-modeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo! Equipped with elegant furnishings, linens, and new hardwood flooring, this home is designed for comfort. Leather sofas, coastal decor, bright & open floor plan! Fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge perfect for two couples or a family of 3-4.
Shorebird 4 has indoor laundry, and is very peaceful to take in the sights in strolls along the shore. This home is on the beach level - so no stairs to climb, with beach access just a few steps away. This condo has amazing views facing the Monterey Bay - Great for Sunrises! Lounge or cook some barbecue in your own patio with seating and a full sized propane BBQ. Free high speed wireless. Exquisite leather furniture with electric recliners on both chairs and both sides of the sofa. Master bedroom has a grand Cal-king bed with adjustable base & remote and a gorgeous walk in shower; no tub. Guest bedroom has a Cal-king bed and guest bathroom also has a gorgeous walk in shower; no tub.
Santa Cruz is a short drive away and great fun for the kids and the young at heart. Take a trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, and the great restaurants in Monterey, as well as great restaurants and shops just a few miles away in Moss Landing. Carmel and Big Sur are wonderful day trips as well!
There is a lobby store inside the north gate (look for the 'Shorebirds' entrance sign) that sells beer and wine, as well as clothing, gifts, and snacks. You can also borrow a movie (free!) while you’re there, and pick up the daily newspaper, hot coffee, free sports equipment, ice, and nearly anything you may have forgotten. Take a look at the fabulous kites!
Enjoy the sunrise and sunset everyday and take in the gorgeous wildlife. Play tennis or basketball with courts located nearby. Enjoy calm walks near the lagoon or on the shore. Have a spectacular vacation at the Pajaro Dunes Resort; the secret paradise of the central coast.
