Fantastic location on the west end of 30A in the Serenity By The Sea neighborhood. Near Stinky's bait shack.
The public beach at the end of the road is large with restrooms and outdoor showers and golf cart parking.
This home is the perfect setting for your 30A. Enjoy family time and memory making in this beautiful 3 bedroom home.
NOTE! We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
- QUIET TIME 9:30pm
-8 human max
-2 vehicles max. Do not bring more than 2 vehicles and do not park in the street. You will be ticketed and towed.
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
