Our home is 2100 sq. ft: First off, location-wise you're in a sweet spot. Our home is in the Traditions neighborhood of Hamilton - a peaceful, beautifully maintained community in Novato that feels tucked away, but keeps you close to everything.
It's less than 0.4miles from the corporate offices in Hamilton, and 4-10miles from several major hospitals.
-5min walk to Bay Trail access for hiking, biking, running, and getting outside in nature
-5min walk to a public pool for lap swimming
-Around the corner from local cafes with coffee and tasty food
-5min drive to grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and highway 101
The space
Interior of the home includes:
- This home, and surroundings, are a haven for an active, artistic, work-from-home lifestyle.
- We take our cooking seriously, which is why our kitchen is stocked. We have a Viking range, Sub Zero fridge, double ovens, all the equipment, etc.
- We have built-in Sonos speakers throughout the entire house that you can connect to your phone.
- We also have a cozy family/tv room, a quiet library/dining room for deep work sessions and great for hosting dinners, and even a music room that invites people of all musical talents.
