Coastal Charm Awaits: Book Your Getaway Today!

Thank you for your review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the easy check-in, convenient bag drop, and our location close to the beach and local attractions. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bathrooms and the upstairs bedroom. Our listing is priced to reflect the home’s condition and the value it offers in this highly desirable beach location. The property was also clearly advertised as not having air conditioning, allowing guests to make an informed decision before booking. As with many coastal homes, we rely on the ocean breeze and provide fans, though we understand that summer afternoons can occasionally be warmer. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the upstairs bedroom and will be installing improved blinds to help reduce the afternoon sun. Thank you again for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for your feedback! I am glad you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and found the beds comfortable. I apologize again for the inconvenience with the entry lock — we provided immediate assistance during your stay, and the lock has since been fully replaced. We also appreciate your comments regarding the home and amenities. Our pricing reflects the value of this highly desirable location, and we continue making updates and improvements to the property. Thank you again for your stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. To clarify, the property address and check-in information were shared multiple times prior to arrival. The Highland Avenue address referenced is our office , which is approximately a two-minute walk from the home. The property location itself was clearly provided before check-in few times. Regarding air conditioning, this home does not advertise A/C. Many homes located this close to the shoreline in Manhattan Beach do not have air conditioning due to the typically mild coastal weather. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan, and a remote control is provided for each fan. We would also like to clarify that the living room TV uses only two remotes. If there was any confusion operating the system, we would have been happy to assist had we been contacted during your stay.
