Välkommen till vår familj Beach House ... vår skatt på stranden! Vi inbjuder dig att uppleva vårt främsta hus vid havet (med separat gästhus) som är tillgängligt för din semester reträtt.

Detta vackra privata hem är beläget i den pittoreska strandstaden Cayucos vid Kaliforniens centrala kust och speglar värme, charm och fritid. Det separata pensionatet gör detta till ett idealiskt fritidshus för att ta med din storfamilj. Privata trappor tar dig direkt till stranden.

Huvudbyggnaden har två sovrum (king size-säng i sovrummet, två dubbelsängar och två dubbla våningssängar i det andra sovrummet) två badrum, fullt utrustat kök med Viking Commercial sortiment / ugn, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, grill, mysigt vardagsrum med öppen spis , trägolv, knutig tallpanel och balkar och ett främre däck med utsikt över Stilla havet.

Gästhuset har ett sovrum (king size-säng), en drottning bäddsoffa framför öppen spis i vardagsrummet, ett fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, uteplats och grill.

Båda husen är fullt utrustade med lyxiga sängkläder, bad- och badhanddukar, spel, böcker och sandleksaker.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

You can’t beat the beachfront location of this cozy cabin-like home. Perfect for our family gathering. Beautifully clean and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking the family meals. Morning coffees on the deck watching the waves created perfect Zen moments!

Perfect girls’ weekend!

Had the most amazing time at this gorgeous rental right on the beach! Walked for miles on the beach, enjoyed the sunset every evening, and either made dinner in the lovely kitchen or walked the short distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. My friends and I had a wonderful time!

Lovely home!

This home was great for our family get together. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, oils, etc.. It is walking distance to some restaurants. We enjoyed playing frisbee on the beach. The fireplace added a cozy feeling, and we were plenty warm without touching the thermostat.

Nice house and great location

Family of 10 stayed for a week and all enjoyed the house amenities and location. On beach and within 10 minute walk to town. House was as described and in photos and everything in good shape and well supplied. With the main house and adjacent guest house there was plenty of room for all. Area between housed was gated and great for small children’s play area. This is the fourth house we have used in Cayucos and we would definitely use again.

Beautiful home on the beach

This house was amazing! It was myself, my husband and our daughter. There was plenty of room for us plus a second home if you have a larger family. The house was clean and well stocked and it was right on the beach with your own beach access. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and safe. It is the perfect place for a family, To come and relax and enjoy the ocean you won’t be disappointed! Our host was available to answer any questions and was very nice! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect

This was a gathering to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with family. The house was really beyond my expectations - it just felt right for the occasion and met the needs of a variety of ages. The view, the closeness of the beach, the comfort of the beds, the coziness of the living areas and even the meteor shower sightings from the deck made for a perfect family reunion. Family Vacation

This is a second Family Vacation gifted by my Mom. She cried when she walked in. My Mom who is 89 had a chance to enjoy the family festivities from the deck - which was a blessing! Negranti Beach House

The accommodations at the beach house were clean, comfortable, and family-oriented. We couldn't have found anything better suited to our needs - building sandcastles on the beach, sipping morning coffee on the deck, playing games around the dining table, walking to nearby downtown, enjoying the quietness of the neighborhood - everything was really enoyable. Birthday Celebration

Our family stayed a week and had a wonderful time. Six adults and three children form 3 to 9 months. The house gave everyone their space and privacy and it could not have been better.
