Detta stora två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet med utsikt över Sarasota Bay och Intercoastal Waterway. Det finns bara två lägenheter av denna storlek som har österläge fönster och inga stödpelare i vardagsrummet. Det är slutet lägenhet på tredje (översta) våningen med en fantastisk utsikt över bukten, poolen, den stora badtunna, fiskebrygga och båt brygga. Dessa lägenheter ligger vid den fridfulla viken och du kan titta på båtarna gå upp och ner mellan intercoastal vattenvägen från lägenheten, poolen, badtunnan eller piren. När du vill spänningen i den fantastiska Crescent Beach, gå bara genom komplexet och dina strandmöbler väntar på dig. Sola bada, simma, boogie board, snorkla, samla snäckor eller bara titta på folk gå förbi. När du går på stranden blir dina fötter inte heta eftersom det är en av tre kvartsstränder i världen. När du är klar på stranden och är redo att avveckla kan du och dina gäster fly till den lugna komforten vid viken.

Det finns ett Verizon FiOS Television Prime Bulk-paket med ett 15-kanaligt HBO-paket, en DVR med en HDTV i vardagsrummet, en digital setbox i sovrummet med en HDTV och en standardbox med en digital TV i det andra sovrummet . Varje TV har en DVD-spelare.

Du kan också stanna vid klubbhuset och träna, sitta i en bastu, skjuta poolen, spela ping pong, simma i en annan pool eller spela tennis på en av de upplysta banorna.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was very clean and spacious. The views of the bay were beautiful. It was very nice to sit on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise over the pay. Steps to the pool. Which was great. Little far from the beach which was not a big deal since we were able to just drive over and then use the private beach. Thank you for having us!

Great location to the beach and everything else. Quicker to walk to locations then deal with traffic. No issues with check-in, the property or neighbors. Great stay.

Spacious, beautifully updated Condo on Bay

This place was perfect for our family gathering. Spacious and beautifully updated with all of the comforts of home. Everything supplied down to beach towels and chairs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place in a Great Community

The unit was perfect and as described in the listing. The community in which it is located is perfect with the beach only 5 minutes walk and a beautiful pool/jacuzzi within steps of the door. Hope to stay here again!

Great condo!

The property is very well maintained. The condo is spacious and extremely clean. Love being on the bay side. You can relax in the pool while watching the boats going by.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time at our place! Owner of the unit was super easy to get in contact with, security guards that drive around the property are all super nice and helpful. I would recommend staying on the bay side; pool and hot tub is beautiful and clean, grills are super clean. No complaints, would definitely come back!

A cozy, comfortable place to disconnect and recharge batteries to return to work. The owner is very friendly and attentive to any questions or requests. 100% recommended.

Best of everything!

We Enjoyed our stay— we loved being on the bay side, able to experience a quieter pool, bbq grills, fishing off the dock, and spectacular bay views and activity. With the beach right across the street, it’s the best of both worlds. This condo Is sooo spacious and had everything we could’ve asked for. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we will be back!

Excellent Condo and Property

Condo was very clean and spacious. Complex was great location the bay view on balcony is beautiful. Fitness center was clean and equipment brand new. Beach was unbelievable. We enjoyed our stay at this condo would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We are looking forward to coming back again in the near future

The size of the condo is great! Large for families. And the location is perfect with the beach and the pools so close! And the trolley to go downtown is right outside the property at the Main Street. While the kitchen bathrooms and sheets were clean there was some food spills down the walls near the kitchen and some of the walls are scratched up and it makes it look not so clean because of that. Other than that it was a perfect place for my daughter and her family to stay.

Sensational Siesta Key

Family Fun

This trip was to spend quality time with my family. The condo was absolutely perfect. We had everything we could have ever needed. The condo was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do. The heated pools and hottub put this rental over and above. Wonderful owner with great communication. Thank you

Wonderful as always!

This holiday was the fifth we spent in Doug's spacious, well-appointed condo on Siesta Key. The rooms are open and roomy, great for meals and entertaining. The balconies provide nice partial views of the pool area and inter-coastal. We LOVE staying bayside - enjoying the fishing pier, water birds, jacuzzi, and pool. Walk to the beach is is short with private access for Palm Bay guests. Condo has everything needed for a pleasant vacation at the beach. We just love it and have already booked for next year.

Siesta Key is a family friendly place that has something for everyone. Sarasota has many cultural venues and the beach is unique in that it is made out of quartz. The Palm Bay Club has the most amenities of any property on the Key. My parents bought there because of all the golf nearby and because of the magic of the large beach.
