Med fantastisk havsutsikt från köket och utsidan av däck är denna strandstuga perfekt för en familjesemester, romantisk tillflyktsort eller en golftur med vänner. Hemmets privata tillgång till stranden får tårna i sanden och rider på vågorna på nolltid. (Endast 200 fot till stranden) Ideal Place är välfylld, med bekväma möbler och en avkopplande atmosfär.

Ideal Place ligger på en lugn gata i önskvärt Kitty Hawk, nära underbara restauranger, fantastiska shopping och oförglömliga sightseeing. Denna strandstuga har bekvämligheterna för att göra din semester rolig och stressfri: Kabel-TV: er, DVD-spelare, radio / CD-spelare, grill, bekväma däckmöbler, trådlöst internet, spel, läs- och videobibliotek, sandleksaker och solstolar. Och spara utrymme i din resväska ~ badhanddukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls. Kom och upplev Kitty Hawks långa orörda stränder och glittrande blått vatten för dig själv. perfect location. yes there is a house next door that looks like they never finished it but the rest of the neighborhood is just fine. the house setup worked great for our mom/son trip and the house had everything we needed for meals at home. would definitely stay there again with a small group.

The property was just the right size for myself and two friends. We were close to the ocean and several amenities. Could use a new/bigger TV but that's about the only gripe.

Celebrating Life

We’ve had a difficult few years and the beach is our happy place. We loved the convenience to the beach and it was beautiful every day. First time staying this far up, usually Hatteras. This house was convenient to everything. We found peace and joy.

Vacation Stay

Have no real complaints about the property. Great location, clean, good view of ocean. The couch could be changed to a better cushioned one, and the neighbors house next door was a sore eye even though that is out of your control. All around it was still a great house and would rent again.

Amazing summer vacation

We enjoyed the house very much. Kitchen is SUPER WELL stocked- they have everything you could think of. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach and watching fireworks on the beach on 4th of July was amazing! Shower outside helped a lot of sand control, we just took quick showers there after beach and rinsed our swimsuits as well. Kids appreciated sand toys provided and board games. Thank you!

First OBX vacation

We had a great time. This is a great location with a short walk through the path in the back yard to the ocean. You need to watch the little briars in the yard/path. The living room furniture needs updated. You can’t control your neighbors but the house next door is very run down. We enjoyed our first OBX family vacation and it won’t be our last!

Cute cottage, close to beach

Nice location, easy walk to the beach via a path from the back of the house and crossing the beach road. Shoes are a must when walking to the beach, as the sand spurs are no joke. We left all shoes at the door so as not to track them inside. Kitchen was really well stocked with anything you would need for cooking. Cleanliness was ok, although dusty. Back porch was partly covered which made a nice area to relax in the evening and on a rainy day.

Cute house and close to beach

"The Ideal Place" was a comfortable and clean beach home with good water pressure and room for everyone. It is only about 150 feet from the beach if you take the path that runs from the backyard through the neighbor's yard and is overgrown with pricker bushes and small cactus plants. The prickers stick to everything and hurt like hell! You end up carrying them into the house with you and when you try to take one out of your foot it gets stuck in your finger! OUCH! We had to leave our shoes outside in order to avoid stepping on any in the house barefoot. That was our biggest complaint. Other than that we had a good time. I would recommend to the owner that they try to do something about the prickers and cactus in the yard (which by the way you can not do anything in the yard because of these) and the pathway to the beach. Cleaning up/trimming back the pathway or putting down some pavers would be a good idea.

Kitty Hawk 2021

simple 3 bedroom beach house, basic amenities, all you need. Nice covered porch, close to the beach. Needs a good cleaning between guests and a deep clean at least once a month. Other than that the place was perfect for a small family. Would suggest a small gas grill instead of charcoal grill, time for new bedding and towels. We always bring our own so we were ok. Kitchen had all you need, and a Keurig. Washer and dryer was perfect. Thank you, Carol

We visited the Outer Banks for the first time in 2001 and have been returning every year since! Our children spend endless hours on the beach, while my husband enjoys his time at all of the golf courses nearby. I love the relaxing sounds of the ocean and my favorite spot on the sand to read my summer novel!

Over the years we have stayed in almost every town from Carova to Nags Head, but this house in Kitty Hawk is the perfect spot for a vacation home. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt it was the ideal place for us.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is on a quiet street only steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Our children love to bike ride each morning! But a huge benefit is all the conveniences a renter could want are nearby. Restaurants, bagel & ice cream shops, miniature golf, movie theater, are all within minutes -- some within walking distance. Also close are food stores, pharmacies, waterpark, 18 hole Golf Courses and shopping for beach needs.
