Welcome to our Spacious Cozy Single Family home with 7BED/4BATH. This location is a perfect accommodations for all purposes: traveling, business, tourists, families and friends, etc.
We are conveniently Located in a beautiful QUIET area near the 55, 5, 57, 22 Freeways.
6 Rooms / 7 Beds-
Modern and clean: Six bedrooms total, ARCADE ROOM equipped with TWO arcade machines that has OVER 4,000 GAMES, four bedrooms equipped with queen sized beds, two bedrooms equipped with two queen sized beds and an additional air mattress queen is also provided to accommodate additional guests.
Living room-
Spacious space with very comfortable LARGE premium couch with 85 inch SMART TV, full size clock art canvas, and lot of AMAZING decors!
4 Bathroom-
One full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
Two full bathroom with walk-in shower.
One full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Kitchen-
Stocked with the many amenities, full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, water heater, coffee maker with Starbucks Coffee, oven and gas stove top. In addition, there is also a dining area which is perfect for a cozy dinner.
Parking-
Access to THREE CAR garage with room to park 3 to 4 cars on the driveway!
Vast amount of street parking in safe neighborhood

There are four cameras that are recording sound and video at all times on the exterior of the house - driveway, front door, backyard, pool area.

- Stolen decorations: $50 per item.
- Smoking in the home: $1000 fine.
- Late checkout past 11 AM without our consent: $200.
- Excessive Guests than reservations: $50 per guest per night.
- Excessive Cleaning bill if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $300.
- Damaged Items in the home will be inspected & be billed to you.
