Great Disney Location

Excellent Disneyland location. Great for large groups. Big kitchen with space to feed everyone. Beds are very comfortable and everything worked well. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub was a hit with everyone. Glad we stayed here.

We overall enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family California trip. However two of the beds only had box springs.

Great location, everything you could need.

The accommodations were beautiful and the location was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house even had extras like strollers, high chairs, and a baby walker.

Family vacation

Our family consists of fifteen of us. My husband and I plus our four adult children, two spouses, two teenage granddaughters and five grandsons. This house was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone including enough bathrooms for a group this large.

Cute and roomy

The property is extremely convenient to Disney and roomy for travel with family or a bigger group. Management was attentive and responsive to questions. A couple maintenance concerns arose during our stay, management reaponded quickly.

Family Disney trip

It’s an older home the kids loved the Lego and princess rooms. the pool hot tub was nice. Having the beech stuff and the strollers to use was also helpful thanks for letting us stay at this home we had a good time.

Lots of room for lots of people!

We enjoyed our stay— from our little people all the way up to grandpa. The bedroom themes were fun, the kitchen was fully stocked, the backyard added extra activities. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt very welcoming.

Great place to stay and so close to Disneyland

We loved our stay at Funtierland! We loved having a pool and hot tub! Blinds in Lego room fell when we went to open them and we would have loved to have a casserole dish for meals but otherwise our stay was great! Plenty of room for our family of 16! Great location to Disneyland and Walmart for groceries.

Wonderful family vacation to Disney

Amazing Disney Home

What an amazing home that has the magic of Disney all over it. Beautiful inside and out. We really enjoyed the games, pool and jacuzzi, and the lush backyard plants. We were happy with everything about the home, neighborhood, and how close we were to the parks. We can't wait to book it again. We had the BEST time, a true dream. Thank You :-)

Great house to rent, and would Definitly stay here again!

House is in a Nice, clean neighborhood. It is very close to Disneyland (about 10 minutes) and shopping as we wanted. It was Very clean and had everything we needed! It's a huge house with themed rooms that the kids loved! The pool and backyard were great! The only downfall I would say was that you can't park on the street (even though we saw other people around the neighborhood doing it) but we WERE allowed to park in the garage, which helped A lot! We would Definitly stay in this house again, thank-you for making our first trip to Disneyland "Magical" 💖

It was perfect for our family!

This house was perfect for our family which was 4 families. It was very close to Disneyland which was awesome. Just a couple of things we would point out. The house sleeps 16 people but has one small fridge/freezer. I would really recommend another fridge either in the garage or in the family room by the bar…not enough fridge space for food for 16 people. The kids theme rooms are so fun for the kids and we’re great but a couple of the kids beds could use new mattresses they feel like box springs but kids don’t really notice that. It was an amazing holiday and a fantastic house

Amazing Vacation Home

We loved our stay at this home! We had 13 in our party and we all had lots of space (and we didn’t use one of the rooms). It was super clean, the beds/ bedding were comfortable. There were plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, a crockpot and kitchen items for us to use to prepare meals. They had plenty of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and shampoo/conditioner. There are extra fans and bedding if needed. We always had plenty of hot water. The ping pong table and pool table were so fun and the pool/ hot tub were absolutely glorious!! Beautiful neighborhood and sweet neighbors. Right next to Walmart, Costco and other stores/restaurants.They didn’t require anything for cleaning at checkout but we were more than happy to help with towels. Thanks so much for an incredible stay! We will definitely book again!

A Wonderful Home

First of all, Leah was a joy to work with. They have this down and have made the rental process as hassle-free as possible. Even the deposit was refunded promptly. As for the home--we loved it! I'm a bit of a clean freak, and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. Kuddos to your cleaning staff. There's something for everyone in this home and plenty of space to still have some privacy. Our granddaughters loved the princess room and the playground. My favorite was the outdoor patio--it truly is a wonderful use of space. The pool looked inviting although we were never home to enjoy it. it was a HUGE bonus for us to have it fenced off. We spent the majority of our time at Disneyland (which was a short drive), but loved coming home at night and having our whole family together, rather than being in 3 separate hotel rooms. We truly had a great time at a great property. Thanks so much!

Great Experience

We stayed at Belle's Castle due to scheduling conflicts so this review is for Belle's Castle and not Pirates Lair. First, the property manager is awesome! She was able to help us change locations and dates when our plans had to be changed due to covid. During our stay she was very quick to respond and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Even though we were unable to visit Disneyland as originally planned the house was big enough and had plenty to do on the property itself that it didn't not feel like we were squished or bored. 16 of us had a fantastic time! The pool and hot tub are fantastic to spend the day in and the rock slide is awesome! Even the adults had fun on the slide. There is everything you will need including large crock pots, plenty of towels, beach towels and pool toys. I was surprised that there were no TVs in the bedrooms but it wasn't a big deal. There is a tv in the living room as well as the game room. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to supermarkets including Walmart and Target. I really loved our stay at Belle's Castle and hope to stay there again next year when we try to do Disneyland again!

Perfect Place for a Disney Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pirates Lair was the perfect place for our Disneyland vacation in September 2019. The 7 rooms and 4.5 baths were just right for our family of 9 adults and 6 children. Lots of space for us all. Swimming pool, spa, yard, shuffle board, billiard table and ping pong were big hits with everyone. Several strollers available were a great help. Plenty of towels for both house and pool. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, griddle, toaster, coffee maker and many spices. An easy 5 minute drive to the Disneyland parking structure. Very nice neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Management quickly responded to and corrected the few issues that popped up with the spa/pool heating. The only improvements I suggest are the air conditioning, which couldn't quite keep the upstairs cool on the hottest 90 degree days and the top mattress in the Cars room is just a box spring. We loved our stay and will definitely look first to book here again on our next visit.

Hassett Family Vacation

Location is great, house was very clean, communication from management was stellar, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and we really enjoyed the pool area. House is older, walls don't deaden sound well and this rental home needs some TLC. Fridge water filter was leaking, removed to stop leak and reported but couldn't use filtered water. Filter wasn't replaced while we were there. Also noticed a roof leak that was melting through drywall in a bathroom and reported. Manager and Maintenace, responded quickly but was a distraction. Inside: Simple things like more than one dish towel, a couple decks of cards and minor finishing touches would go a long way. Outside: Outdoor furniture is old and tattered. Stray cats pooped and peed on chairs and in the yard. Stinky. Side areas should be cleaner. Pool should be cleaned more frequently, I scooped it twice during our stay. Ping Pong Table was descent, but paddles weren't usable. I paid $30 for 4 paddles so we could play. Replace old shuffleboard with corn hole, do something about the mosquitos, we got eaten up. Provide candles or some other bug deterrent. Maybe screen in the porch? Thought we might see a discount offered for all the challenges but wasn't. Nice place but not for the price.

We had a large group stay at this property and we all had an amazing time. The property owners were very responsive. Having the backyard with the swing set was perfect for the littles. The house came with a lot of equipment for the kids…dinner ware, high chairs, a walker, etc. The backyard could be cleaned up/organized some but overall was well maintained. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great house for family reunions

The property had everything you could want or need for a successful family reunion. Plenty of space for all the kids and the pool was amazing. Close distance to Disneyland and Knotts. Very professional and easy check in.

Great location with lots of space and an awesome pool. Beds were comfortable. Be aware of Anaheim city code. You are not allowed outside of rental properties from I think it was 10pm to 9am which was very difficult in the mornings with little ones.

Perfect place for our cheer team!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home for our Cheer competition! Very easy check in and great communication. We would definitely rent again and recommend this home to others. We are only sad that it rained and we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful back yard as much as we hoped!
