Completed in December 2022, our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy a spacious single-level layout with a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the thirdâcomfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The master bath features a large walk-in shower and double sinks; the second bath includes a shower/tub combo.
Unwind in the open-concept living/dining area, or step out onto the oversized screened-in porch with a gas grill, dining table, and marina views. Cook at home in the fully stocked kitchen.
Other amenities include a private 2-car garage, community pool, free Wi-Fi, and two flat-screen smart TVs (75â & 55â).
