Beautiful condo

Great Place on the Beach

Great little condo right on the beach! The pictures depict the condo perfectly and we had a great time! The layout was nice - the secondary bedroom is far enough away that we didn’t wake the kids being in the living room once they went to bed. Kitchen was nice and easy to work in. The views are stunning - right on the water. Pool and splash pad were great for the kids. The location is also great - close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to come gain next year!

Great condo!

Great condo, great location. I would recommend replacing the shower liner in the spare bedroom with something a little more high quality. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful

The only bad thing I have to say is that we booked way in advance and they did not tell us construction would be going on in the main lobby. There were 2 elevators down and it made the place look very grungy. It would have been nice to have been notified that they would be remodeling.

Nice place!

Condo was nice, appeared clean and pretty well maintained. It did smell like someone had been smoking weed in it, but I think the patio door may have been ever so slightly left open and it was the neighbors. The staff all seemed very nice, the building itself could definitely use some updating/upgrading and you could see they were doing some work here and there. The elevators were very fast for us, never more than 30-60 second wait. The only issue we had was the master bed was SUPER hard, we felt like we were sleeping on the ground. The beach was lovely the pool area was great and the condo itself was nice, too. I’d definitely book here again, but I’d sleep in the 2nd bedroom and give my kid the master. Haha

Wonderful Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo! Everything was freshly renovated with a comfortable feel. On the second day we were there, our washing machine stopped working. Within 15 minutes of me reaching out, Jil had followed up to let me know that a brand new washer would be delivered that day-within 4 to 5 hours. Jil even came to wait for them so it didn’t interfere with our plans for the day. Excellent customer service and stay!

Great time- just some bad luck

We have stayed in orange beach/gulf shores a few times before this stay. We liked the building/the pool/the beach area. We were able to check in early which was nice since we arrived early to town. Rooms are a good size and description good. They lack extra linens/blankets and towels so make sure to bring some of your own. It was a little chilly in the room. The unit was not very clean when we arrived and there were peanut pieces on the balcony and the kitchen table had dried liquid/food on it upon arrival as well as the granite counter tops. I normally would not be upset but my son is anaphylactic allergic to peanuts so we had to clean on our arrival and sterilize everything. The washer did not work when we went to use it- the company did respond quickly and let us do our laundry in another unit which was appreciated. The oven took forever to heat up. There was some mold at the base of the shower in the master. We are not sure who was above us but they were moving metals chairs across the floor and it was very loud in our unit very late at night and ver early in the morning. There were a lot of peanut shells on the beach which I have never seen before. The splash pad was a great hit and the pool was very large and nice. There were no spices in our unit and no dust pan but there was a broom. The outdoor furniture is worn and a lot of the other units had newer/better ones. All of the people working at the Phoenix 5 were super nice. Overall we enjoyed, just had some bad luck.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix v. The condo is very nice and has everything you might need. My only complaint is the beds in the guest bedroom. It was not very comfortable for two people & the sheets did not fit either bed, which was annoying. The unit was cleaned very well! The pools were wonderful and loved having the security/workers there every day keeping everything clean & rowdy people in control. The master shower door was broke upon arrival but still useable & maintenance came to try to fix it when we were there. Remotes need new batteries & one chair in living room doesn’t swivel bc it seemed broke as well but all still comfy! We would definitely come back! Perfect size for our 2 families!
