Easter weekend

Great cottage, easy walk to beach, food and coffee! I would of appreciated power washing the outdoor furniture use and enjoyment but it was so dirty we couldnt. Inside it was very well supplied.

Great place

Awesome. Nice quiet street, great house and friendly owner. Nice backyard. Great walking we never got in the car all week! Close to Sting Rays, AJ’s, pier, shops, back water pier and other restaurants. Definitely will book this place again.

Tybee stay

House was very clean and nice, the bugs are us up out side but thank God for their burn pit , we just started a fire in it while we grilled out, it was very private. Only thing was it was way too hot to be walking to the beach from that location so we drove and paid for parking but it was me my husband and 5 kids . Some of the furniture was rickady and definitely needs replaced but over all very nice

Left early

We ended up leaving early . Due to the beds. There was no way we could sleep another night on any of the beds or the pull out couch. The smell when we 1st got there was horrible. Yes it was a short walk to the beach but that was about it on the positive with this home. The backyard wasnt inviting at all. the back.

Weird layout

You have to walk through one of the rooms to reach the bathroom. And the back yard is basically trashed. We didn’t use it. So it didn’t bother us.

Matress

The mattress in the first bedroom can not be slept on it is so bad. Had to stay with someone else. I Would never put a mattress like that in a rental.

we had a great time and it worked fine for us. however, the bathroom is in the middle bedroom as there are no hallways, it is a straight through duplex layout. it is wise to put folks who go during the night in this room! unfortunately, we all go several times a night so there was traffic all night from the den and the back bedroom. also the bed in this room is a little springy/stiff and makes a good bit of noise. also if you are coming to the area to do things in savannah, and the weather is not perfect, if may be better to stay in savannah itself. it was cool with rain on one day, we didn't spend much time at the beach and so it was pointless for us to have stayed so far out since what we mainly wanted to do was in savannah. especially since some of the guest were older and couldn't walk much so we really racked up the parking fees and hunting a restroom all the time was a bit of a hassle.

Tybee walk

The house was perfect for us! The staff was understanding and helpful knowing we drove from Missouri. Check in was easy, and the house was clean. I loved that we only had to walk a couple blocks to the beach, to the restaurants, and shops! I didn’t have to pay to park in everything was in walking distance. The house was kinda like having 3 hotel rooms all connected. Which for us was perfect, plus I could cook. Perfect price and left money in the budget to do more activities with the kids

Extra house

We needed some more space when friends added to our group and we rented another house down the street!. This was the perfect find. Great price point and location.
